Angel and his crew were great to work with. I appreciate the level of communication and the extra effort to get the part needed to get our system fixed quickly.

Angel is very rude and unprofessional. When my husband called to ask why they didn't send anyone yesterday and that our kids froze last night. He then hung up on my husband claiming that he didn't have time for complaints. There are kids under 12 in my home and to be told that he doesn't have the time to hear complaint is ridiculous. If we had the option to hire another company we would. Terrible terrible company. Oh and the heater is still not fixed smh.

I scheduled the appointment between 1:00pm to 3:00 pm. I spoke with the owner to check if he would still be making it to the appointment around 2:30pm . He told me yes, he was just a little behind but that he would be here. He called me and told me he was on his way in 25 minutes. At 3:09 he send me a massage he was on his way. At 3:30 he called and told me he should be here in 30 minutes. That's already 30 minutes after the schedule time. I had been waiting for him and stop me from doing personal things. He said we could rescheduled. I notified them my ac was not working. I tried to see if he could still come down to atlist fix it, maybe it would be easier for him. We were back and forth and told me he would not do business with me. As he will not be able to come down because we had already cancelled and the apt was earlier. It had pass only like 10 minutes but I waited for him 3hours and a half and was going to wait another half hour. What a bad experience, when they say I'm the owner and because they are the owner they think your time is not valuable. Bad service.

Angel and his crew were courteous, efficient, professional, and friendly. Would highly recommend Air Control Services to family and friends! Thanks for a job well done!

Did alot of searching for someone to replace our broken a/c and heating system...Found this company and called them. My call was returned right away and they came the same day. I was given an on the spot estimate and financing with a good lender. they came the next day and installed my units. Did an awesome job. Cleaned up any mess. Very friendly and knowledgable. Patient with explaining how everything works. I'd give them 10 stars but it only goes up to 5. Thanks

After experiencing a HVAC company that tried to swindle me. I was placed in contact with Angel and his crew. They were professional, honest and it was a great price. I have been in New Mexico 10 months and bought a property that needs work. I have had bad experiences, very bad. Angel gave my hope back. There are still honest men out there! Call him first for a quote you will not be disappointed. My house is cool! Call him for any of your home needs! If he can't do it he knows good, honest people who can.

Best service in town! Called for after hours/emergency repair and not only did they answer, but came out earlier than their ETA, quickly diagnosed the problem AND had all the needed parts on hand. My family and I are so grateful for the prompt response, great pricing and not having to sweat out a night or get a hotel. Excellent experience and would recommend to anyone- these guys have my HVAC business for life!!

We needed our Heating and Air replaced as we had an evaporative cooler that did not work at all, nor did the heater. It was 95-102 degrees F in the house.

We contacted Air Control Services because local places were either unresponsive or incredibly rude. Within a couple days of contacting ACS, Angel came out to visit; they're an hour or so out. With a reasonably quick inspection, Angel proceeded to give us a quick quote.

The guys at ACS came out and stayed till late to do the job right when we were having an issue with our vents. Fun crew.

We've had our system a couple days so far, seems good so far.

I called on Memorial Day early morn, came out later that afternoon did an excellent diagnosis, and got parts for the next day in afternoon. The young men worked very hard and and was hot🌝🌝☀️. Highly recommend this service for your needs.

Talk about speedy service! We called them on Father's day because our AC went out and it was 85 degrees in our home! He fit us in the next day! Came out when he said they would and diagnosed the problem ASAP! So grateful to Angel with Air Control Services!!!

I was having problems with my A/C I called around and no one could help me for another few weeks. When I called Air Control services Angel was professional and fit me in his schedule the very next day! He sent over Joe to diagnose the problem and within 10 minutes he figured out the problem and had it fixed within 30 minutes. I would highly recommend these guys!

Angel went above and beyond trying to find the best finance options for us and being in touch with us via email, phone, etc. He is very knowledgeable and very informative on what services he provides and equipment that was installed.

Highly recommend! Our A/C suddenly stopped working. Air Control was able to be at our home within a couple hours. Angel had our system diagnosed and repaired quickly.
