My swamp cooler in my house has been horrible to me and as MANY times as I’ve had my landlords try and fix it there wasn’t a way. Due to this my house increased in temperature extremely to hot for my dog and myself. It was a Saturday of them coming to fix it for me and tell me the problem I had! My home hasn’t felt this cooler in years and I’m grateful for Air Mechanical LLC for “saving” my dog and myself! Thank you again 😭😭😭

Called after 5 when I discovered my ac was broken. Owner answered and said he could come over tonight! He came an hour later had the part and fixed before he left! Showed me exactly what was wrong and explained how it worked. He is my new guy for plumbing and air needs!!!!
UPDATE : 5 years later Paul is still helping me with everything! He added gas lines for a huge backyard project. He added an air conditioner that I wanted moved to roof. I use him for absolutely everything. He answers the phone always and is always here!! I never have to worry. This will always be my company!! Always answers his phone!! Called him on a panic after hours and he was here within half hour!!

Yesterday evening our AC unit to our home stoped working. I attempted to troubleshoot potential problems before calling for servicing. I contacted a well known local company first and waited over 2 hours for a response for my request for service. In between that time, I looked up other companies and contacted Air Mechanical LLC.

I first called Paul at 8:23pm and when he didn’t answer I sent a text per his voicemail instructions. At 8:54 pm Paul called me back apologizing for not answering as he was on a flight and asked if I still needed service, which I said yes to and within 30 minutes, Damien showed up to our home!

After some time and other issues that occurred, Damien was able to fix and repair the unit all while keeping in touch with Paul. He also made sure everything was working properly before leaving after midnight! We were very happy with the overall experience along with great customer service. Thank you again Paul and team!!! 😀

I called Air Mechanical today and the response from Paul and his Team was amazing! It was extremely hot and there was no hesitation to get out to the house and diagnose the issue and provide a very reasonable quote. The customer service was on point and I will definitely call them for any future needs!

It's very hard finding a plumber who can work on in-floor heat systems in Las Cruces and it was pure luck that we called Paul at Air Mechanical. Paul had many years of experience with radiant heat systems in Santa Fe and Abq. We had a tricky problem and Paul worked diligently on the issue, took the manuals home, and returned with solutions and options. He is an expert diagnostician. If you have an in-floor heating system, definitely call Paul for maintenance and for problems.

Paul and his team had been incredible installing our new HVAC split unit. The installation was no easy task which I thought was as simple as installing a washer and a dryer...I was far from the truth. This kind of work takes years of experiences to do and I thought Paul's team did an amazing job!

Ty to Angel and his service taking care of a faulty thermostat in our new mobile home that was under warranty of the manufacture again ty so much cause now our new mobile home will be warm for the winter
