Called and talked to wifes owner on January 5th, she struggled with the call in general but assured me that her husband/owner would call me back for more info and a working quote. 11 days later and I still haven't heard anything.
PROBABLY SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS Receptionist, who is evidently the owner's wife, admitted to being disorganized and spent time looking for a pencil. After some back and forth on scheduling the appointment, I got a call from the husband saying he could be here in ten minutes. One hour later, after several calls, nothing. I cancelled. WAY too many red flags about this business and how they operate. Quoted price was beyond outrageous. From their website, he was doing design engineering "since 1977," over 43 years ago. Weirdly, no personal or human warmth in speaking with these people. The only word that really comes to mind as an overall descriptor of my experience is "odd"—very odd.
Service is extremely exceptional!!! I personally feel the other reviews are a bit harsh, as the business is strictly family operated; therefore, the work received is more personal compared to mass companies. The owner (the main worker) is extremely experienced as he has HVAC education and experience, as well as a main career in Electrical Engineering. He is very knowledgable in all possible questions that I threw at him and knew every possible issue I had immediately. He is a quiet person, but that doesn't affect his business whatsoever and he is extremely welcoming. I think the other review claiming to him to have "no warmth" is wrongly judgmental and probably took his respectful manner in a personal way. Also, the receptionist is very warm and welcoming. I felt extremely cared for by the company and know that there's a reliable solution when I call.
