House Cleaning reviews in Bronx, New York

MaidPro is great. I have used their services for the past 6 months and I intend to continue on. They are consistent with phone/email communication and working with me to get everything in order for each appointment. We have had the same MaidPro representative (Joanna) to come in to clean our spaces and she is fantastic! We absolutely love her. In the event she is not available, MaidPro is able to provide other reps to come in. However, so far we have been fortunate to always have Joanna based on our schedules. This has helped us keep everything consistent.

Per the review here- I took off 1 star simply bc they have yet to streamline their client login accounts access. Right now you have to login into 2 different accounts for scheduling and payments.
Otherwise, highly recommended.

Maidpro Bronx is highly recommended, they have been cleaning my apartment for 3+ years.
Their service is great - everything from booking, schedule changes, communication and the actual clean is very well done.
This location is recently under new ownership and the level of service is higher than ever.

As promised, here's my updated review after the third cleaning. I'm rating the business 3.5 stars.

**Cons:**
Communication could be improved!
- The client portal is not easy to navigate. I couldn't even change something as simple as my payment information without back-and-forth emails.
- The regional manager is not always available and often prefers to call during my work hours, which is not ideal since I work full-time.
- It would be better if communication could be consistently handled through the portal or email instead of texts, which some folks have to pay for.

**Pros:**

-Their cleaning professionals undergo background checks and maintain consistent performance. In my experience, cleaners who don't work for a company and haven't undergone proper background checks often quit without warning, so working with a company that maintains consistency was a priority.
- The service is of professional quality, enhanced by the use of professional-grade vacuums, which makes a noticeable difference.

Overall, good cleaning, happy with my negotiated bi-weekly rate. However, please improve client communications. Thanks!

I am a busy person who was in need of some help cleaning my apartment. I was excited when I came across Maidpro, and after speaking to a representative who assured me all maids perform a 49 point detailed inspection, I went ahead and booked a 4 hour cleaning. The company sent 2 maids who “cleaned” my apartment in 45 minutes. I was left disappointed and upset. The maids were absolutely horrible and did the worse job possible. Surfaces such as counters and mirrors were not wiped down, the fridge and oven that I paid to be cleaned were not clean. The maids told me that they were unable to remove the residue in the fridge, but I managed to remove it with a dish sponge and some warm water (see pictures). The shower walls were never wiped down and was left dirty. Garbage was picked up from the floor and placed on “clean” countertops. The couch was never vacuumed. I could go on and on. The company has refused to give me a full refund, so I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. All in all I would never recommend this company to anyone. The proof is in the pictures.

by far the worst cleaning company, the cleaners are great they get the job done, but the company? horrible management no sense of communication, you call and no one answers, they schedule to send a cleaner and if the cleaner doesn't find parking they do home. I have reached out via phone and email and no response.
