House Cleaning reviews in Bronx, New York

So disappointed with this agency!!!! I done know if all these reviews are scams because I based one them to book this agency. They do home cleaning. The cleaning was so fast and bad!!!!
First of all the guy that were sent to clean the rugs were so unprofessional he came to talk about additional fees for deep cleaning and that is not what the agency told us when we called them.
Very bad and poor cleaning. I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone and would never book them again.

These guys were outstanding! The business was our man. He went above and beyond and was thorough, professional, kind, and diligent. In fact, he told me that they do! I hope they treat him well. I'll most certainly use them again. Oh!! And my house had a wonderful scent for days!

My family and I were impressed with the work of the team that was sent to us by Island Carpet Cleaning & Restoration of City Island Inc. They did what I asked them to do and even worked beyond working hours just to finish everything up! I admire the team's dedication and professionalism. The service is highly recommended.

I have had numerous carpet installations with Budget. Professional and knowledgeable. Also fair and curteous. Pricing is solid.

Zero starts. I brought my rug to get cleaned and was told it would be $60 so I left a $40 deposit. I came to pick up the carpet a week later. They claimed to have cleaned it 2X but it was obvious that they hadn't even made an attempt to clean it once. Their compromise: they kept $15 and refunded me $25. I would suggest you avoid this place. Complete scam- if you clean a carpet it should smell a) like chemicals and the deodorizer and b) look like you cleaned it.

The Staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Their prices are the best. I've had everything from deliveries to carpet installation done by Budget and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
