For the price, they do not understand the idea of customer service. The maids were wonderful and through, but the "owner" Anthony, was rude (micro-aggressively mispronouncing my name even after repeated corrections), cancelled at the last minute because he "didn't realize" the maids were on vacation, and spent every call telling me about the hardships of retaining staff during a pandemic. I get it, we all struggled, but I tipped well, was respectful to everyone involved (including Anthony) and don't need to hear a litany of your problems when there's an issue. Ultimately, he made it clear that if it isn't a "big job", he wasn't interested. My suggestion is...find someone who actually wants the contract.

The reply below says it all. Not a single thing he says is true and he would rather argue than provide service. They aren't interested in your contract unless it's big; they are rude. Be prepared to be jerked around.

This company was supposed to do a deep clean before the Passover holiday last year. They Ended up doing a ‘ standard clean’ that was pretty terrible. I Called multiple times to try to speak with them to remedy the situation. Spoke to owner 2 times out of the tens of times that I called. First time he said that he would call back and set up a time to have the cleaners come back. He never did. Second time he said that he’s sorry and is very busy and will AGAIN CALL BACK. Never called back and was never able to get in touch.l again. Spent a TON of money on a half a** clean that wasn’t what I paid for. DO NOT RECOMMEND

I’ve used Miranda for several years. She is responsible, responsive and does a great job. Very easy to work with. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely blown away by the work done by Riverdale Maids on our vacancy clean! The apartment was filthy after we had to move in the rain and living there for three years, the shelves and drawers were gross and the whole place was spotless when they were done!! They exceeded my expectations in ways I don't even have words for. The place is cleaner today than it was when we moved in. I will absolutely be recommending Riverdale maids to anyone I know that needs a vacancy clean...they worked their butts off and I am in awe of what they did and I am so grateful. Could not recommend them more!

Riverdale Maids is an exceptional cleaning company who takes pride in the spaces they clean. We are incredibly pleased with their miticulous service and efficiency. We had 3 month renovation and they came in and turned it around within 6 hours. Amazing!

For a service that’s pricey in the city their rates stand out as being pretty high. Thought maybe those prices were a reflection of the quality of the work. They’re not. The clean was okay at best. It didn’t smell or really even look like our house had been cleaned. So yeah, not great. The kicker: I left clean linens on the bed for them to be put on. Was gathering laundry the next day and could not find the dirty linens from the bed. Finally was so stumped I sent a text asking where they had put them and they said they’re on the bed. I’m thinking the pile fell off and I’m looking around and under the bed. Nope. I was wrong. They meant on the bed as in they left the dirty linen ON THE BED and put the clean linen right over it. So yeah, one star.

Miranda was very reliable, trustworthy and had great work ethic. She was very professional and did a thorough job. I would highly recommend her and Riverdale Maids.
