The repairman was extremely knowledgable- made each problem seem simple to solve. It's clear he knows exactly what we is doing. He also did not do unnecessary work and did not seem to want to add hidden costs. Absolutely no "shady business" from this man. First time we met the technician Petro from Petross Appliance Repair at 2022. He repaired our Fridge Samsung. Petro was very competent and find the reason of problem in a few minutes. After 2 days the new part was installed and refrigerator works perfectly until this time. One week ago our washer Samsung stopped running. We called Petross and the company sent us Petro again. The freezer part of our refrigerator Subzero stopped cooling. We have called Petross Appliance Repair by recommendation from our friends. The friendly lady has scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician made diagnostic and replace the broken fan motor at the same day. Since that time (it was 2021) we call Petross Appliance to send us the technician to make a yearly maintenance. Great company and we have recommended them to all our friends and relatives !!!

Technician was excellent! Showed up a little early which was just fine. Work was done quickly ( oven/ broiler repair ) and expertly. I’m quite happy to have called them. If needed I will continue to use them for all repairs. Thank you again.

I had issues with my washing machine. I did some research and found “Petross Appliance Repair” online. When the mechanics arrived, they immediately assessed the issue and reassured me that it could be fixed. I had to wait a few days for a part to come in to complete the repair. When it came, Petro and Hennadii installed it with no issues. All the while maintaining small talk as they worked. The company price was pretty reasonable as well. The mechanics are extremely professional, efficient. I would definitely recommend this company if you have any issues with household appliances.
