These guys did a great job getting the water out after a flood in our basement and then of ripping everything up on the floors to the bare concrete afterwards. Jim responded super quickly to any questions and was always friendly and helpful in explaining things.

Given most water/mold issues are never expected and always urgent, you want a response ASAP. Jaime did just that and replied to my evening inquiry immediately via text and was there the next day. He assessed the situation quickly and gave advice on how to stop the water from coming in (due to leaky water heater which we didn't know was leaking). He then talked me off the ledge and told me exactly how to remediate the mold situation myself, which saved me hundreds of dollars, and he didn't charge me. He was kind, calm, and knowledgeable and even checked in a few days later. I appreciated his honesty and help - highly recommend!

I have been using the services of Strictly Restoration for almost 10 years. He has repaired my roof, completely remodeled my bathrooms, installed my main entry doors. On two separate occasions he has also replaced 50 year old leaking pipes. In my opinion his work is far superior to contractors I have used in the past. I went as far as to recommend Strictly Restoration to my neighbors who have utilized his services and thanked me for recommending him. Great, professional service!! First and foremost I would like to personally thank Jaime, Brandon and rest of the Strictly Cleaning Restoration crew on a job well done and for give me a sense of normalcy. I had a sewage backup in my basement for the first time and didn’t know which direction to start. I called three companies about my situation and Jaime was the only one I felt comfortable with, He was the only one to me who sounded more concern about the situation and getting it resolved properly, than receiving a paycheck. Jaime was incredibly helpful pinpointing spots with water damage, describing how & where to apply mold remediation, and troubleshoot the source of our leak.

I would give this business 10 stars if I could. I contacted them during a cellar sewage backup flood situation and EVERYONE in the city was having the same issue after a severe storm. Jamie responded immediately, came the same day (and on time!), answered a million questions from me, made really good and cost effective recommendations and his crew were quick, kind, and thorough. I alllllmost don't want to write a review because when you find someone this good you hold onto it and hope they don't get too popular for you! But honestly cannot recommend them enough. Outstanding customer service. These guys price fairly, show up on the day they promised on time, stay on budget and do great work. Also polite and courteous. I originally hired them for mold control but ended up hiring them back for construction. Could not recommend them more highly.

Jamie is exactly the person you want to talk to when you have a leak in your roof and mold in your walls and therefore your life feels a little bit out of control. He will both solve your problems and make you feel better. He is also incredibly responsive and was onsite to check out the issues in our apartment building within hours of the building contacting him.

Strictly Cleaning Restoration has provided several cleanups and restorations for me over the years as climate change has caused more water damage in my basement from storms and sewer back ups. They have also cleaned up mold from these damages.
Jaime Hidalgo is knowledgeable regarding the issues of water damage and mold and he is hands on providing the work he promises in both the clean up and in the restoration of the water/mold damage. Jaime has always responded quickly when I have a water damage problem and he has even helped me to get to the bottom of some illusive water damage problems. Strictly Cleaning and Restoration has given me peace of mind when rainstorms are expected.

I called the company for a very small mold removal job. Jamie showed up on time, did the inspection and offered very professional advice. He was very polite. Definitely highly recommend!

On April 4, 2023 we contacted Jamie at Strictly Cleaning Restoration at around 8:30am to provide specific cleaning services for a sewage backup in the bathroom and hallway. At 1:30pm, the same day, Brandon was there handling the cleanup. He did an extremely thorough job. We could not be more pleased with the quick response and excellent job performance. The price was extremely reasonable for the work being done. We highly recommend this company.

We came home to a see that a giant piece of our ceiling had fallen down. There was plaster dust everywhere, and we weren't sure the extent of the damage. I spoke to several companies that didn't have availability or could only do cleaning or restoration (but not both). I got connected to Jaime and he was able to quickly come and assess our situation.

He sent me a quote that night and had his team working to repair and clean up the next morning. He and his crew were easy to work with, responsive, and did a fantastic job on short notice.

i normally don’t leave reviews but i cannot THANK jaime and his team enough!! we had a major sewage pipe burst and destroy our basement. they were out within a couple of hours to assess and set up a clean team. everyone was amazing! and they were reasonably priced!

We have had Strictly Cleaning Restoration help us in two separate flooding events, in our semi-occupied basement. During the most recent incident, they also completed renovation and restoration of the bottom half of our walls with PVC-based materials to avoid future water damage if it occurs. They also repainted and installed molding to cover seams. Jaimie and his team are kind, professional, respectful, and timely. Quality work, under stressful circumstances! Highly recommend.
