No one, I repeat, NO ONE would even consider the job even though cash payment was offered. His skilled, hard-working, well-equipped crew of consummate professionals removed the junk, treated the mold and remodeled the room most grievously affected. He even fixed smaller plumbing and cosmetic issues gratis. He is licensed, insured and well-versed in his craft. His capacious 16-yard dump truck can hold all manner of debris. He provided additional invaluable advice regarding other contractor’s work and was willing to negotiate his fee. The budget’s running tally was organized and available for scrutiny at all times with no hidden costs. Everything was swept clean upon departure. It’s stressful to have strangers in one’s personal space for an extended period of time but, to a man, the crew was sensitive to the situation and I never was uncomfortable with their presence. There is much yet to be done and I will definitely call upon their services again. Strictly Cleaning eased me of a tremendous burden. The work carried out by Strictly Cleaning & Restoration was nothing short of miraculous — as you can see from the before and after photos! His team meticulously removed the damaged tiles and grout, treated the mold, and ensured that our bathroom was safe and structurally sound.
