I contacted Ekram who came to our brownstone building regarding several capital improvement projects. He promised a proposal. That was three weeks ago and still no proposal, even after I have left numerous phone, text, and email messages. I am very disappointed in this lack of communication and would definitely not use their services.

Good company. Hired them for the outdoor work. They showed up everyday and finished the job on time. Our brownstone now looks beautiful and well-preserved.

They are very careful and professional, and keep the area clean. They are very easy to work with and prices are extremely reasonable.

Nazim and his crew have done a few cornices and exterior paint jobs and some drainage issues. He is very nice, stands by his work and is easy to schedule.
His work has stood the test of time so we come back whenever we need him.

As understanding as I am, there was a huge language barrier between Nazim and I. I needed (and still need) an estimate of my entire 2 family home. I asked him if he needed pen and paper, he refused. After we do a walkthrough of the basement, I got the feeling he was just nodding to everything I said. When I asked him to repeat back what I needed done, he couldn’t. I even asked him, what does the company do. He couldn’t tell me; at which point I knew I was waisting my time.
He then asked to use the restroom, which I allowed. When he came out, I suddenly had a leak from the rear of the toilet. So not only couldn’t he assist me, but now I had a plumbing issue as well.
I can’t stress enough to many of these companies; please have someone on staff who speaks English. Or even ask potential customers at initial contact, what is your preferred language? And come ready for the job. A notepad or something.

Nazim did excellent work repointing our complex Victorian brick and terra cotta townhouse. He dealt with the usual NYC Landmarks Commission hurdles. His crew were friendly and respectful. The job site was immaculate at the end of each work day. His price was very reasonable considering the scope and quality of the job. Highly recommended.
