We hired Nazim to fix and repaint the facade of our brick house . We had to add a scaffolding to our project as the cornice was not safe for the workers to work, Nazim helped quickly with this unexpected hurdle and we were back on the right track - along the way we asked for a few modifications and Nazim was always present when needed and came with great options

He remains very calm and is extremely helpful - his pricing is totally fair and the quality of his work is excellent
We are continuously congratulated on our beautiful facade and are so happy we selected Nazim for our project

Wildlife was getting in my ceiling through our neighbors connected property, so we hired mega construction to open the ceiling, seal the entrance and repair the ceiling. They did all of that in two days, less than a week after we asked them to give a quote. They were very reasonably priced, fast, thorough, and efficient. Highly recommend.

Nazim is a nice guy. He was prompt with his quote. He repaired the front stoop and installed Newell posts. He put down a bluestone walkway. He also pointed and painted the back  wall and repaired some concrete work. It took a long time (weather delays). I'm pleased with his work and would hire him again.

After our basement flooded, Nazim at Mega construction was able to quickly schedule a clean out and help us devise and install a drainage system that should prevent future flooding. All this was done while working with our budget. This is not the first time we've worked with Mega and I expect it won't be the last.

This is second time I've used them, first for the front of a brownstone two years ago and just now to repoint and waterproof the back wall.  I like the owner, Nazim, very much.  I'm pleased with both jobs and another contractor even complimented the quality of the work restoring the front.  Nazim made a point of coming to make sure that a small area that was missed was completed properly.

😡😡😡Mega Construction did a terrible job on my home renovation. The flooring was uneven, the walls had cracks, and they refused to fix their mistakes. When I contacted them about the issues, they either ignored me or made excuses. Totally unprofessional—avoid at all costs!

We recently had some extensive exterior work done with Mega Construction and are happy with the solid results. They stripped paint from and repointed the brick facade of our townhouse, resurfaced the lintels, reset some bluestone in the front and also repainted the railings on the front stairs. They're also going to rebuild a chimney. Nazim, the owner, and his crew are reliable and pleasant; Nazim does a lot of work in the neighborhood so is often on site. They were conscientious about cleaning up each day. Their strong point is masonry. I would work with them again.

I'd like to recommend Mega Construction after the excellent job they did on the exterior and interior of our small Brownstone co-op. Nazim gave us an excellent price and went above and beyond the scope of the job. His crew was professional, punctual, cleaned up at the end of the day, and worked smart. Nazim was a hands-on manager, showing up every day to ensure his crew was staying on task. Don't be thrown off by Nazim's soft-spoken demeanor--he's a seasoned professional who knows exactly how to get the job done. Most contractors won't give our small co-op the time of day for job bids. Nazim was an excellent fit for the scope of work we required.Work done in our 4-story co-op: Interior hallway painting, re-plastering, installed ceramic tile on ground floor, painted & waterproof back of building, scraped and re-painted fire escape on back of building, fixed crack in apartment wall, re-tiled entryway, restored & painted wood cornice on top of brownstone.

Mega Construction helped me renovate my living room, and I am very happy with the result. They were easy to work with and really paid attention to what I wanted. The new space looks clean and updated, and they finished the job on time. It was a good experience, and I will be using them for future projects.

Last summer we had Nazim and his crew at Mega Construction pour complicated concrete footings for a new deck, build several brick walls, level ground and place flagstone, and pour the form for a small fish pool. On all fronts they did a great job, in addition to being fairly priced. They were timely with their work and flexible to the schedule of the other contractors involved. Their workers were efficient, friendly, and cleaned up the site well. As we were working, other small side projects came up- plumbing repairs, skim coating, and so on, and Nazim took the additional work on willingly- and again at reasonable rates. We would definitely recommend them and have to friends! We will be hiring them again for future projects 100%

I highly recommend Mega Construction. Nazim and his crew rebuilt  a large brick stoop, scraped and painted a roof cornice, and refinished a large wooden entry door (with lots of carved details). Their attention to detail and cleanliness was exceptional. All work was performed in a timely manner, and his prices are fair and very competitive as well. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

I hired Mega Construction during September 2024 to fix my sidewalk, and they did a great job. They took care of the permits and finished the work on time. The sidewalk is smooth and looks great, and I have already received compliments from my neighbors. I would definitely call them again for concrete work.

I recently had major leaks on my roof which affected the interior ceilings of my home, and I needed a replacement ASAP. Mega Construction’s owner, Nazim, was able to come by the very next day to provide a quote. They performed a roof replacement and removed the old roof, applied flashing to seal all joints and then applied aluminum roof coating. They even sealed the parapet wall to make sure no water was getting through there. Nazim provided me with photos to show all the completed work. Their price was fair considering the amount of work performed and the 10-year warranty they provide. Communication was clear and the crew performing the work was diligent and finished the job on time before any further rainfall could cause more damage. The crew made sure to clean up after every workday. The roof has since stopped leaking into my home, so I know they did a great job.
