Hi Tech Contracting and Restoration Corp installed masonry traditional stucco on our brick house few months before from start to finish it’s an easy and transparent transition very easy to work with from taking online payments to answering all our concerns and questions moreover they helped us to repair our flat roof with silicone coating and we never had any drop leaks at all definitely a recommended company.

I don't normally write review but this is great work they've done. I used them for both roofing entire warehouse as well as our driveway in our packing lot.
Finished job in 4 days with solid guys. They cleaned up well and did awesome concrete work.

Recently hired kami to do my backyard with pavers and thorocoat they did a great job. Him and his crew were professional and he was responsive when I had to check in with him. They did a good job fixing the sidewalk, but significantly damaged our brownstone during the process. It took them weeks to come back and when they did, they made it worse (see photo). Now we have to spend more money to fix the brownstone than we had to pay for the sidewalk repair. They had every opportunity to fix their mistake but did not.

I had my rear foundation waterproofed, refreshed my rear wall stucco, and had new pavers installed over what was previously grass. Hi Tech was great at communicating the entire process and checked in with me daily. In previous experiences with contractors the people in charge would not check in until the job was done, but Kami and his team were good at overseeeing the entire project. Prices were fair and work got done within the timeframe quoted.

Great company to work with Hi Tech Contracting they fixed our stucco cracks and applied Thorocoat paint on rear wall we are hapyand highly recommend them.

This is the second time I have hired Kami from Hi Tech to do work around the house. This time, I had the alley way concrete floor redone as well as patching and repainting the bottom sides of the house with thorocoat. Kami is very efficient and very responsive and went the extra mile to complete the work by the date I requested. The area is protected during work and cleaned up nicely afterwards. It is always a pleasure to work with Kami and will definitely hire him and his company for any more future work I need around the house.

Finding the right team for a job can be a challenge, especially if you’re a small property owner. Kamran and his team went above and beyond to complete a sidewalk facelift, which had flooding problems and making it difficult for public to walk on from previous owner. Kamran was very responsive from the very beginning. We had a hard time finding a reliable company to waterproof our basement from the interior before we met Kamran. He and his team went to find the proper supplies even though the original was out of stock. He finished the work as promised and it looks great.

I worked with Kamran from Hi Tech Contracting to completely redo our front patio, staircase, and redo our entire walkway. They also power washed and resealed the front brick facade of our house. Working with Kamran has been an absolute pleasure - he's very responsive, offers good feedback and advice. When the team made a design decision that I was not happy with, and caught after the fact, Kamran very quickly rectified it and it was completely changed to my liking.
