Kami and the good folks at Hi tech contracting did a great job renovating my backyard. Pavers look beautiful, he gave us options on the different sizes and patterns available, then accommodated to our preference of style and color.
The deck looks amazing, seeing it get hand-built from raw materials gives me a real appreciation of the craftsmanship it takes a to complete the job.
I have used Hi tech for previous home renovation projects and they always complete the job to the exact specifications agreed upon. Prices are reasonable and Kami is always available to discuss the details in pricing and any other questions are concerns you have.

My Condo used Hi Tech to repair a pair of collapsing balcony EFIS ceilings. They are not the cheapest option, but their work was quite comprehensive and went far beyond lower cost scopes of work. They went to great lengths to ensure the underlying water infiltration issue was resolved permanently rather than just repairing the finish. They also added protective enamels and sprays to members below the surface to prevent further corrosion if there ever is a leak. Also matched the existing finish color and texture. Usman, the foreman for the job, was extensively knowledgeable about EFIS and took pride in his team’s work. Highly recommend for EFIS repairs.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Hi Tech Contracting and Restoration Corp for a complete refresh of our home in Queens. Their attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the project.They expertly performed brick spot pointing on our chimney, repaired our traditional masonry stucco, and applied Thorocoat waterproofing paint on our foundation walls. Additionally, they applied a liquid silicone coating to our flat roof and addressed several issues with our problematic roof.Our neighbor also chose their services, a testament to their outstanding workmanship. I've used Hi Tech Contracting & Renovation on 2 occasions, so far.

Both jobs were to point and water proof the exterior walls of both houses.

One thing I really appreciated was that there were enough workers to complete the jobs on schedule. Each worker paid great attention to what he was doing so that the work was neat and completed accurately. It also helped that they were friendly, but still attentive to the work at hand.

I also appreciate that Kamran actually came to both locations to look at what needed to be done, and then provided a formal estimate of the cost.

That a supervisor was on site to answer any question which came up is also a great plus and avoided any possible delays.

Hi Tech Contracting & Renovation is a top-notch company all around! I plan to use them again in the near future.

Kamran and his team are fantastic! They were quick with a quote and scheduling. Fixed a few cracks in our stucco and did some amazing work to fix some brick work on our house. Arrived on time and price was as quoted. Very good keeping us up to date on their progress and looks brilliant!

Hi Tech did a fantastic job repairing my father’s basement entry. They replaced the door frame which was in terrible shape after years of neglect. They also put in a new door, and repaired the ceiling of the basement entryway which was literally falling down.

Kami made the process effortless. He responded to my initial inquiry quickly, provided an estimate and a timeframe for completing the job.

Hi Tech showed up on time for each encounter. I was notified in advance and given an explanation if there was a delay in the work. For example a postponement due to heavy rain.

I hired Hi Tech for two separate projects in my building. The first was to add flashing behind the stucco of the building to prevent water from dripping down the block work and penetrating a lower level apartment. The second project was to stucco the parapet walls and bulkhead walls on the roof to prevent leaks into the top floor.

Both projects were completed on time and at the quoted cost, with a high quality of work. All the workers were polite, punctual, and professional. I am very satisfied with the results and will use Hi Tech again in the future.

Kami and the crew did a great job installing a new roof for my house. Their price was fair compared to a few other companies that I had received estimates for.
Once the materials were delivered the installation was done quickly (3 days) and cleanup wasn’t an issue.

Thanks to Hi-Tech now our old roof is brand new now. The staff was very professional and the owner is super friendly and cooperative person. They did two coats of gaco silion and the results were amazing. When we were thinking of getting a new roof the owner suggested us this treatment and we not only saved money but time too.

After repairing my sidewalk, he advised me to contact 311 to schedule inspection done by DOT and my sidewalk violation is cleared.
