Same as the others. Part never shipped. Called multiple times and left messages and no one calls back. Can't get refunded because no one does anything there. Ridiculously bad service.

Super poor service, ordered a part for my master bedroom fan, $130, was told it would ship in the next week since it was in stock. Called over five times to get tracking info (live in AZ, hot in summer, need to have fan working etc), emailed them as well, was dealing with Sam, he did not call me back. Each time I called the phone receptionist had the tone of why was I wasting her time. I couldn’t getting tracking details whatsoever. Ordered part on 21st June, finally delivered 22nd of July. Even though I am just a small order, I wouldn’t suggest doing business with this firm based on their terrible customer service.

TOOK 3 MONTHS TO RECEIVE ORDER WITH "EXTREME RUSH SHIPPING". CAN'T EVEN IMAGINE HOW LONG STANDARD SHIPPING TAKES?!!! THEY SHOW PRODUCTS IN STOCK AND THEY ARE NOT! THEY ORDER THEM FROM THIRD PARTY AND TAKE FOREVER. I CALLED MULTIPLE TIMES AND GOT LIP SERVICE FOR MONTHS. PRETTY SURE ANY KIND OF POSTIVE REVIEW THEY HAVE IS WRITTEN BY EMPLOYESS. THEY ARE RUDE, INCOMPETENT, LIARS. SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!
