Unfortunately, this was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The employees were rude, dismissive, and very unprofessional. Instead of helping, their attitude made everything worse.

Amazing service and “always with a smile” , the young boy at the counter that helped me is really amazing 🤩 I rarely get such service when I shop.

I'm not an electrician but needed something Home Depot/Lowes doesn't stock. They had it and they were nice.

Came all the way from the other side of town to get here before making it to work on time and they are closed . Time now is 7:32

Let me first start by saying what a terrible experience.
1. Extremely rude staff
2. No electrical knowledge
3. Terrible selection
4. Absolute rip off
Save your time and money go someplace else!!!

Paul is a true professional with years and years of experience here in NYC. He is up front and direct, no BS. Takes his job seriously while also being personable and has a friendly sense of humor. We had an issue with a breaker that was causing us misery. He fixed it in under 30 minutes and the the price was just as quoted. Will definitely be calling him for any future electrical repairs. Payment was super easy via Zelle (also accepts Venmo too).

This company was a god sent. Paul helped our emergency with care and kindness. We couldn’t have gotten through this without him. I would recommend this company 1000%.

Paul helped us install a chandelier. It was a very complicated job but he managed to complete it flawlessly. We are very happy with how it all turned out. Paul was such a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him.

Gotta give big thanks to Electrified, the electrician team who repaired my backyard power outage today. I reached out to them on Tuesday and they made time for me less than 48 hours later, found the problem, then not only solved it but explained what the cause was, offered solutions to fix it permanently without pressuring me, and were flexible about payment (as it ended up being a more expensive problem than I expected). I can't speak to the price as I didn't have time to shop around (I'm having a backyard event today), but their customer service is enough for me to want to contact them again. Highly recommend!

The crew at Electrified responded quickly to my call. They identified the problem and were able to address it while providing us with follow up information on how to proceed with Con Ed. They’re a friendly and helpful team.

Electrified has top notch expert electricians. I called them about an outage on a Thursday night at 8:00 pm and they came within 45 minutes! They were successful in diagnosing a difficult problem and stayed for 2 hours until the repairs were complete. I highly recommend this company.

Paul and Mike are awesome at their jobs. We had a chandelier installed as well as other various lighting fixtures. The job became complicated but they managed to work out a solution and I am extremely happy with the service. Will definitely recommend/use again!

I Definitely recommend Paul he was able to help me figure out what the problem was which had nothing to do with electrical wiring issues like Homeserve said, but with my boiler itself. He was able to rearrange some wiring that wasn’t set right and make sure the thermostat was making contact with the boiler. He was nice to recommend me to a plumber to help fix the issue. I like that he was honest and upfront with the situation. I would definitely keep him in mind if I have an electrical issues. Thanks Paul
