This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I filled out the form and someone got right back to me, made it easy to communicate via text, was clear about pricing and process. They came to my door, got my rug, sent pics when it was clean along with clear explanation of repair suggestions and the work is fantastic. It feels like a brand new rug!!! Extremely happy from start to finish.

Rug Care company did exactly what they promised. I called other cleaning company and they made a problem worse with my expensive wool rug. I did not know what to do and an owner of Rug Care Group calmed me down and said I will make this rug like new and he did. They removed the stains and my wool rug looks like new now. I highly recommend this company!

Excellent service from initial contact thru delivery. Flawless repair of moth damaged antique Persian rug. The delivery guys accommodated my requests to position the rug under the furniture and then make the many small adjustments I thought were needed to get the rug exactly right. The main contact, Sara, was a pleasure to work with. She frequently communicated, confirmed details, sent photos and was knowledgeable and customer-oriented.

An excellent company - they took such great care of two of my 1920s Chinese Deco rugs. They cleaned them and the colors are so vibrant, and they also did a fringe repair. The rugs look like they are new. I felt very comfortable leaving my antiques with them - the owner is clearly an expert and loves the items that pass through his care. The pick-up and delivery teams were also so helpful and gentle. A special thanks to Eric who delivered my rugs for me and was very kind and went the extra mile. I am so happy with the service provided by this company. The customer service was outstanding. The quality of work was above expectation. They made everything easy. My husband and I are beyond disappointed with the experience we had here. We had our rug taken in for a cleaning and it was returned to us with the colors completely distorted; the light beige tones had turned a strange pink color and one side of the rug was noticeably less saturated than the other.

While the delivery drivers were kind and offered to take it back to have it looked at, the rug was returned to us not on time and in the exact same damaged condition it was in the first time. To make matters worse, when we spoke with the owner (or manager), Guy, he was incredibly unprofessional. He actually screamed at my husband over the phone and dismissively told us that the damage was "just how the rug is."

We went into this with high hopes and left feeling angry and frustrated with a ruined rug. Do yourself a favor and go literally anywhere else.
