Very helpful and easy! Everyone was lovely and the couch came out great! We have a white west elm couch and it is hard to clean, but looks new!

There are not enough stars to give this company, but they deserve a million more! Long story short, gave my rug to another company and gave it back the way it was given, dog pee stains and not clean. Mike, from Rug Care Group saved the day. Not only did he take out all the stains and smell, the silk/wool rug is extremely clean and so silky again. There are not enough words and thank yous I can give Mike! You are a lifesaver and thank you thank you thank you!
