Fantastic wash and fold & great people!

I asked for a simple steam on a suit jacket and pants, and a dress shirt with NO creases and the dude creased them all to oblivion. Even the suit jackets arms???? Literally paid $18 for exact opposite of what I want. Please listen to your customers because now I'll look dumb in this suit and have to steam it myself.

These guys are named champion for a reason. Got a dress shirt and slacks pressed and ready within hours, just in time for a wedding, and they came out flawless. Not to mention the staff were extremely courteous and prompt!

I recently entrusted my cherished wool coat to champion cleaners dry cleaning, only to be sorely disappointed by the outcome. Despite notifying the attendant that the coat was a size large and 100% wool, I received it back in a size medium. This unexpected alteration not only rendered the coat unwearable for me but also soured my overall experience with the establishment.
Attempting to rectify the situation, I reached out to the staff, only to be met with frustration that he need to it in an incident report the inconvenience. The lack of accountability and effort to resolve the issue left me deeply dissatisfied with the service provided. As someone who values their clothing and the businesses they patronize, this experience has led me to the decision to discontinue my patronage of champion laundry and cleaners.
In the future, I will seek out a dry cleaning service that demonstrates a greater level of care, attention to detail, and customer service. It's disheartening to have to part ways with a garment I've treasured for so long due to a preventable error. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others considering using'

Wow. I have tried multiple laundry services in Brooklyn and this is by far the best. When you go to drop off your laundry, the shop is so bright and spotlessly clean. Everyone is highly professional, kind, and remember my husband and I by name. Every time we get our laundry back it smells so fresh. Even better than when I did laundry at home. Our clothes are always folded with unreal perfection and even the socks are folded in a beautiful and somehow origami-esque square. The extra mile is not only reached but exceeded at this business. We will not be using any other laundry service for as long as we live here.

Love Champion! I go out of my way to take my delicates and dry cleaning to them because they're so careful and always do a great job. Also they can dry on low which is hard to find. Jamel, Omar, and Rose are all super helpful and friendly! Multiple times they've rushed things or delivered when they really didn't have to, just to ensure things were easy on my end.
