Quick turnaround and a fair price for a very clean couch

I had a 10 am appointment. It is now 11 am and they haven't shown up yet. They called to say they would be late and called to say they had arrived, but I haven't seen them yet. Not a good start. Will post another review when they have finished---that is, if they ever show up.

Well, they showed up at 11:30 and did a terrific job. The two men worked well together and did everything I wanted and then some., Apparently, one of their suppliers did not open up until 9:30, so by the time they gathered their machinery and supplies and got to me, it was 11:30 am. Unfortunately, I can't walk or sit anywhere that isn't damp, but this should all dry up in a couple of hours. I would definitely recommend this company, which actually consists of the two men--father and stepson.

This was a last minute carpet cleaning request in preparation for father-in-laws 94th birthday. Mr. Jackman responded within an hour with an estimate and once we reached an understanding he was over here within two hours.

Cleaning took longer than expected because carpet was 20 years old, but that did not stop him from doing an excellent cleaning job. This made my wife very happy!!

At first I wasn’t to sure on whether or not Jay would be able to get the stains from out of my carpet & furniture as I had let pet stains get away from me . But, Jay was not only able to get the areas clean and odor free.... although having to essentially trouble shoot electrical issues do to living in a bldg that still houses a fuse box! Nevertheless, punctual and reasonable for an awesome job! See you soon and thank you for your professionalism and do diligence!!

Jaywalking carpet cleaning was a great experience. The technician was prompt and on time. Very professional and left my furniture looking fantastic. I definitely recommend this service and look forward to using them in the future.

Mr. Jay did an excellent job extracting water from my top floor carpeting because of a hot water tank leak. He also shampooed and steam cleaned the hallway, steps, bedrooms and living room. Noel (Jay) was wonderful to work with from start to finish. He accommodated a request for a Sunday the night before, arrived early, did a fantastic job cleaning the rug I wanted cleaned, and then managed to clean parts of a second rug I hadn't even moved furniture around to clean. Bonus cleaning! He was also very friendly and really seems to enjoy what he does and want to do it the right way. I look forward to calling on him again in the future!

Great job Jayway carpet, I was very impressed with your work! These guys made by kitchen and bathroom tiles look brand new again. They had never been cleaned since I remodeled almost 8 years ago. I'm looking forward to having them back to do my bedroom carpet and dining-room chairs. Nice equipments too!

Jay and his partner did outstanding work on a very difficult carpet job. My husband and I were amazed at the results. They took 10 years of teenage life out of our carpets which we didn't think was possible! The room is now ready for our new home office.

They also did a fantastic job on our microfiber sofabed. The thing actually looks brand new to the point my husband doesn't want to sit on it! Lol.

We will absolutely use Jay and his company for future jobs.
