Jay cleaned our rug in a pinch right before Christmas. My rug is thoroughly cleaned and it smells so good!!

I’ve had my velvet couch for a little over 2 years now so it was past due for a cleaning. I also have a dog who had trouble adjusting to his new home so he was marking on the sides of my couch. So again, way overdue for a cleaning. Jay arrived in a timely manner and got every nook and cranny of my couch even though the seats aren’t removable!

I’ll be calling Jay the next time I need my couch or rugs cleaned, it looks and smells amazing.

Jay came out within an hour of me calling to have my large area rug cleaned after it had been in storage for a year. He brought it back to life! Very pleased with the service and it was reasonably priced.

Jay was able to come by the same day and clean our couch in Crown Heights! He was so easy to work with, efficient, and well-priced. We will absolutely be calling him again.

Noel is the best ! He had cleaned my couch and my mattress a few months ago and did such an amazing job. So this morning when I needed an emergency cleaning with my couch, I knew I had to call him. He responded quickly, and showed up within 2 hours to take care of this for me. He’s so kind , and a very hard worker. My couch looks brand new all over again 😍

My experience with Jay way cleaning was outstanding amount 🙌👌👍 of work being done. The work he did with my beds, and the interior of the my car was done with excellence and professional. If you need jay to redo a mark or stain he will exceed his work and do his job diligence go over another time. Great person to work with pleasure to have because the stains, odor and marks are gone. Most of my home is all carpeted and every month I have them clean very thoroughly. I have my to go service but they were fully booked so I had to go look for another carpet cleaning service. I got quotes from various services off Yelp and some of them were completely out rages. I went with Jay because he was the only one with a good price but because he provided me with excellent references. I spoke with him on the phone and right off the bat I could tell he was very polite and professional and honestly much more in person. He cleaned my carpets within 3 hours and I couldn’t have picked a better service to go with. Jay it was a pleasure working with you!

After getting quotes for cleaning my new-to-me vintage couch from 4 different companies, I went with Jay Way and I'm glad I did. Not only was the price very reasonable, Noel was also very professional, courteous, and responsive. He reached out to me soon after I asked for a quote and was cleaning the couch the next day. The couch looks great, and Noel managed to treat stains until they were gone or hardly noticeable. He also offered to clean some other furniture we had at a special rate while he was here. I highly recommend Noel and Jay Way!

I used Jay for the first time today to clean my mattress and I must say that I was so happy with his service😃Jay was able to get out the stain that was in the mattress extremely well, he exceeded the expectations of the job! Really great value here and a good cleaning service! By far the cheapest and Jay was willing to work with me on a budget and still did an excellent job. Had a several months old cat vomit stain that he was still able to reduce down to barely visible at all. Would definitely go back for any other carpet/rug cleaning

Their work was outstanding. Our carpet & couch really needed to be cleaned. The work was done on time & they were able to get everything done in a matter of hours. I highly recommend them, I will def. use their services more often. Both couch and carpet look like new.

I have been using Sears mostly & Stanley Steermer occasionally to clean carpets .i saw Jay on Yelp. Scheduled stairway cleaning 11 am on 9/18.
Jay arrived on time & as scheduled.
I was very pleased and delighted with his work.
Didn’t leave a mess & was in/out under 1 hour.
Going forward, I will definitely be using Jay for my carpet & ulpholstery cleaning .needs.

I have 2 cats and had a lot of guests that came over and destroyed the couch. I was dirty and had a lot of pet hair. Jay did an amazing job on my couch. It looks very clean and almost brand new. All the stains are gone and now I don’t have to replace my couch. His price was very reasonable, he was on time and was very professional. I would recommend him.
