Green Oil has always been very good to me as a customer. . They provide me we great grease trap cleaning and oil pickup service for business - their team of professionals always do a good job with their work. Clean, quick and transparent with their job review emails complete with pictures. I would like to specifically express how grateful I am to Shanika who always provides fantastic customer service and is a great value to their operation - keeping a strong relationship with me for 4 years and always coming through to aid me in whatever help I need as a customer. I have always received top notch customer service and support from everyone at Green Oil but especially Shanika who has always been the person I rely on to help with any requests or inquiries I have.

Our account manager Shanika provides excellent customer service. She manages our account of 24 restaurants for grease trap services. High responsive to emergency services. Green oil techs do an outstanding job cleaning our grease trap. They provide pictures and videos before after services.

Luis from Green oil did a good job despite poor communication from the dispatch. Would like to give 5 stars but the inconsistencies are too much.

If only they would ever show up on time this would be a very good service. Crews are typically fast and professional once they are on site but I haven’t had a scheduled appointment where I haven’t had to call multiple times to find out where the truck is. They give two hour windows but are always at least 1 hour past that window.

I called for a quote for grease trap removal services weeks ago. Got one. I approved it, then never heard anything.

I called two weeks later and spoke to a woman named Jennie, asking when my appointment was going to be scheduled. They told me that the soonest they could do it was in two weeks.

Okay, why didn't you call me after I approved the quote to schedule an appointment? Well, why didn't you call us to schedule an appointment?, she asked rudely.

She went on about how this was my fault and that an email they supposedly sent me wasn't responded to. Whether that is true or not, I was truly shocked by how much this woman Jennie didn't seem to care about the company she works for or the clients they service. She point blank said when I asked her why I should schedule an appointment with Green Oil when they've been so unresponsive, that whether I decide to schedule or not makes no difference to her and choosing not to do so doesn't hurt her in the slightest.

I'm not sure what to make of a company that takes such a "screw you" attitude toward their customers, but if this is how they treat customers before they're even serviced, I can only imagine how poor their actual service is.

Conclusion, this was actually a blessing in disguise because I was able to schedule an appointment the next day with another company for half the price.

There are plenty of grease trap removal companies in the city - I don't see a reason why one should use this one and plenty of reasons why one should not.

Luis did a great job by being as fast as he and his co-workers could before we opened the restaurant. Very efficient.
