I have been a customer of Great Green Cleaning (GGC) since April 2015, and have been absolutely delighted with their service and care for customers. The company has been cleaning the apartment of two mentally challenged individuals living in Elmhurst. In about March 2016, Caroline, the representative of GGC, detected a severe bedbug infestation in their apartment. We immediately enlisted the help of GGC for the bedbug extermination and cleaning of their apartment. This was no small problem!

Caroline was in charge of this major effort. The GGC Team was working several day in the apartment to remove much of the infested furniture, clothing, and bedding. Ultimately also in spraying the entire apartment.

Caroline has always been exceptional in her care of these unfortunate individuals and their apartment. She is trustworthy, reliable, kind, and caring. I highly recommend the services of Great Green Cleaning without any reservations!

Bed Bug Prep NY is superb in every respect! Daniel, the owner, plans and manages the process with precision, calm, and honesty. Without exception, the preppers (and unpackers) are skilled, efficient, prompt, hardworking, and sympathetic. Everything runs like clockwork. And it was successful! Going through bedbug removal is difficult, even traumatic, but having this team behind you greatly eases the stress.
