The employees were very professional in their conduct. They also had a pleasant attitude while doing their duties. They had a pleasant attitude towards me. The price was reasonable. I plan to call on this outfit again for future jobs.

Just Rubbish was SO easy, fair pricing, on time, and so kind. We were just needing some old furniture out from our basement and they did a wonderful job.

I had a great experience working with Just Rubbish, I contacted them through their website and got an email shortly after asking for details, sent over some pictures and got a quote. They were able to come by next day to remove my unwanted trash and cardboard I had. It went pretty quick and happy with the service.

The Company is wonderful. Communicated with Joe and he gave me an estimated rate that was fair and affordable. The team managed to finish a full basement clean out for me in 2 hours, the service workers are exceptionally at what they do! I have to say go with them over any other company in New York.

The staff provided excellent service. The company always responded promptly whenever I needed assistance. You all work with heart, and the results are very good. However, I have to deduct 1 point for the lack of punctuality. Everything else was great.

"Just" Excellent !, I've had two rather large pick-up's recently from Joe & Crew at two different family houses. Joe was great to arrange a set time on one job and on the other he was able to accommodate a same-day pickup that was really needed. I was really happy that he sent Pierre back for the second job , This guy was very accommodating to want to do a great pick-up, That was equally important . I have two more potential pick-up's and have no worries that they will do a great and fair job.

Another job well done. These guys are superheroes. They work hard, smart, clean, and fast. They show up on time, their pricing is fair and they’re seriously some of the friendliest people you’ll ever meet.

Just Rubbish was great. They gave me a price range from the photos and listed items I sent to them, which was then adjusted (within the range quoted) once they arrived at the pickup location I gave them. Good communication: I was notified they were enroute about 30 minutes ahead of their arrival. Pickup was efficient, the guys were friendly and professional. I would gladly use them again if ever I need rubbish hauled away, and highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Joe enough!! I was lucky to find them about 3 years ago. My basement was a mess and it was such a relief to get all that junk out of there.
I just moved in the January’26 snowstorm. Which was incredibly stressful. Fortunately I had Joes number in my contacts…

Highly recommended. This was a great experience. We were really impressed with Just Rubbish removal and their professionalism. They were on time, sent plenty of workers to complete a big job. They cleaned up and even went above and beyond to make sure they could accommodate the challenges of removing large items from the basement and backyard. This was no easy job. Fantastic service guys and very reasonable pricing, compared to many other companies who do not have much experience. Thank you and we will be needing you again really soon for the rest of the clean out needs we have for the property.
