They got the goods! Never had a problem here and it's not a complete disaster like HD.

Not much stuff in stock in the garden during December besides Xmas trees and things like that. I really wanted some other stuff to plant but... They care more about Xmas business than gardening. Hopefully they will eventually stock winter plants and shrubs.

Always a great spot for plants. Their large inventory makes it tough for them to keep up, resulting in a good selection of plants for as little as a dollar. The first place ill check when looking for new foliage

Jaswantie . She's really bad service. So small. So little. So dark wear and such big glasses for really rude behavior. Thanks the manager was helping me at the moment.

Went to look for medium sized flower pots. Not a great selection. Also wanted to get a piece of wood cut, but the saw was down. It seems like every time I am there the saw is down.

Awesome they have some beautiful plants

Limited to the indoor offerings of your standard Lowe's store. There are fast fewer plants, shrubs and trees than expected.
Soil, fertilizer and tools are limited to big brands like Miracle-Gro and Scotts.
The selection seems suited for casual suburban lawn upkeep than urban or indoor gardening needs.
Despite their size, most local shoppers would be better off shopping at their neighborhood plant or hardware store as they are more likely to offer a selection tailored to their needs.

Love to come here for all kinds of home diys and they always have great prices on detergents and downy and all cleaning products. They are wheelchair accessible.

80% of salespersons do not help. They make you feel like they don’t want to be bothered and just point you “over there” without any specifics. The place is huge.

More assortiments in this location than on Ave U near Kings Plaza and definately better than Home Depot on U and on Cropsey. Not crowded and a lot of parking space.
Workers are NICE & HELPFUL !

They have everything and you can score on walking out with affordable items. BeReuse is lucky to be located close to them since the parking lot can serve an assortment of shoppers. I have to check out the nursery local nursery one the other side of 9th street the next time that I come through. An electric kick scooter charging station would be ideal here with the subway nearby.

I wasnt planning on buying any plants from here. My intentions was to go to a plant shop/nursery. The gentleman (I didn't get his name unfortunately) was so friendly and knowledgeable that I changed my mind. The plants were looking good as they were well taken care of. I purchased two plants and I am very happy with my purchase. I highly recommend.

Good materials and hardware selection, we go regularly with the car. Good parking and street access on three sides.

Staff was easy to find and were helpful.

Very clean and organized. Customer service is warm and friendly. They have a great selection of tools and accessories at a reasonable price. I do recommend checking it out...

This the essential " Johnny come lately ", still trying to be a " Home Depot ".
They have the equipment and tools. Their selection of garden products are sparce. Their prices are not competitive. But they try.
Personnel are not available. Nor are they knowledgeable.
Good parking.
Large flat carts.
Wide aisles.
Hope they improve.

The employees all either just got hired or don’t wanna be there. They don’t know the inventory, and the inventory disagrees with what it says in their systems. Quite unpleasant

This Lowes appeared to be well staffed and organized. I stopped by for some storage bins.

The product was available at the store as their website indicated.

I planned to buy a variety of flowers for my garden but the selection was limited

If I could give this place zero stars I would. We bought a refrigerator from Michelle in the store on Saturday and paid extra for delivery and removal of the old fridge on Wednesday. Tuesday we receive no phone call confirming the delivery window. We call multiple times on Wednesday (they mostly don’t pick up) and are told it will certainly get delivered and we’re the second delivery of the day. By the afternoon we call back again to be told it didn’t make it on the truck but they will ensure it gets delivered on Thursday. The same thing happens on Thursday except we get escalated to Steve the store manager who says the same things as Michelle - we assure you we will get it on the truck and you’ll have it on Friday. Guess what, it’s Friday at 3:30 and still no fridge. No phone call from them, no apology, no desire to resolve the situation. One of the worst customer experiences in a very long time. Save yourself the trouble and get it from literally anywhere else. These people are not professionals and don’t deserve your business.

It's fine. Pretty routine Lowe's. They had what I needed and I could get in and out fast. The web site tells you whether your own is in stock, how many units they have and where to find it, which worked great. So 5 stars for the web site.
