I picked up my heavy order(6 -50 pounds bags) as soon as I came.Love Lowe's for service

I met a woman in the garden section named Chanell. She was so helpful and knowledgeable about the plants in her area. Wonderful experience.

It's been awhile since I visited this Lowes in Brooklyn .I just needed some plumbing items .I ordered on line and it was ready for pick up.The only thing when I arrived there wasn't anyone at the online check out
,but she finally came and apologized because she was the only one picking up the items and at the checkout.There wasn't a big wait at the other counter checkouts.

Great selection of flowers, pots, peppers, cacti, etc., staff was very helpful and friendly!

Went in to buy a few houseplants and support a local business, but, felt uncomfortable because the woman working behind the counter wasn't wearing a mask so I left.

My favorite spot in the neighborhood! They are so knowledgeable and helpful and all the flowers and Christmas trees are gorgeous.
