I recently had Urban Arborists do a tricky pruning job of very high tree weeds. I was amazed at their care and technique. They were so careful to balance all big branches with a pully system never touching a shed roof or a new HVAC compressor. Also, they were stellar in fulfilling a neighbor's request for a COI and have obviously handled these kind of requests many times as it was done very smoothly without my involvement. They arrived exactly when they said they would and cleaned up really well afterwards. Their price was super reasonable. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them.

I’m so glad we found Urban Arborists! We hired them to trim our very large green ash street tree. Their entire team is extremely communicative, thorough, and professional. I loved working with their in-office staff via email, they were super sweet and took the time to explain their thinking on timing. They handled everything from obtaining permits from NYC Parks to scheduling an initial consultation and contracting. We were even able to coordinate a free chip drop for use in mulching all our street trees on the block. The team that came to do the actual trimming was very efficient and got the whole job done including a thorough clean up of the entire area in under 3 hours. Their pricing was also one of the most competitive we found out of several companies. Will absolutely be hiring them for all our future arborists needs!

Alex and his workers showed up on time and did a great job pruning the tree in my front yard. His prices are good and he took his time to answer questions I had concerning how to keep the tree healthy. They cleaned up after the job was done. I will definitely use him again, on a yearly basis, to maintain the tree.

I highly recommend Power Tree and Alex. I got three estimates to remove a tree in our backyard. Alex is the only one who recognized that our tree was indeed dying, the only one who said, without me asking, that they would paper the walls and floor, since all the tree debris had to be dragged through the house since we live in a townhouse brownstone, and the only one who said he could bring in a stump chipper. Alex and crew arrived promptly, were so polite and professional, cleaned everything up, and the price was also extremely reasonable. We were extremely happy with Alex and Power Tree!!!

I called Power Tree Removal because my mom's backyard was completely overrun with weeds and the trees have overgrown as well. It looked like a dark forest. My mom is a senior so unfortunately her backyard gets forgotten. I met Alex within a few days to get a quote and I thought it was a fair price. On the day of the clean up, the guys came on time and worked hard to remove the high weeds and trim the unruly trees. The backyard looked amazing afterwards. I highly recommend Alex and Power tree. I needed help with my Apple tree. Im not sure of the age but its at least 50+ years old. One large branch is dead/rotted and it looks like its spreading to other parts of the tree. I want to try and save the tree or at least extend its life. Alex gave me his honest opinion and what my options were. He said its dying and only has a couple years left. He understood my request in extending the trees life so his team removed the dead branches. This will help the tree live longer and also remove the dangers of dead branches falling down.

Alex is friendly and communicative. He doubled checked with me after completing the job and made sure i was satisfied with the work.

This was a piece of cake from start to finish. Alex came on time gave me an extremely fair estimate arrived on time. He and his guys were quick fast in a hurry. Happy to leave a 5 star review for Alex and his team. Smooth and professional in every step of the transaction-job evaluation, estimate, scheduling, service, clean up, and payment. His team were polite and well coordinated, functioned smoothly like a ballet dance. Work space was tight and narrow, but this did not hinder them. Would highly recommend.
