I have a Persian import that needed cleaning after dog sitting for my neighbours.
Lady answered the phone, I wanted the best, ask for the owner.. She hangs up on me- I try and call back only to be hung up again.
They need to get someone else on the phone, I couldn't give them my business even if I still wanted to.
Horrible woman.

We had to have our mattress cleaned before it would be accepted for a warranty return so we contacted Brooklyn Rug Clean. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and assured us that his company had done this before and that the result would be acceptable for the warranty return. The technician arrived to do the cleaning and he was equally professional, courteous, and thorough.
