I made the mistake of buying a white couch and am glad i came across this company. I've used them twice and both times the couch has become white again. They're super quick, do a thorough job, and are always friendly and polite. And now that they know I'm the one that bought a white couch, they call me every 6 months to see if i need it cleaned again, which of course i do. Keep calling, you guys are appreciated.

This company is serviced by the owner, and has performed excellent and amazing work. First they have a convenient and accurate online booking system. After booking a slot you get both a follow up email and text confirming the appointment, and can begin asking questions by either, which even on the weekends is answered within a few hours. Next he comes in a professional truck with professional equipment and the upholstery cleaning left my couches, rugs and dining room chairs in amazing cleaned condition with stains and odors removed beyond my expectations. He takes the time to survey all the materials, and use the right products for the varying fabrics and stains and odors. His rates are very reasonable, and I am going to set up a quarterly maintenance contract with him. For many years I have been scammed by seeming reputable national companies that use untrained and nonprofessional cleaners. I have had jewelry stolen, things not cleaned properly, extended damp carpets, but no more. It is worth spending an extra hour reading reviews of the actual person who is going to service your home and gain a lifelong vendor.

Two technicians were freakin awesome. They were exactly on time both for the quote day and for the day of service. It is so hard to find people that show up on time. The owner answered all of my questions and then they got right to work. The grout looks excellent and they took great care of the home while they were inside using covers, knee pads, wall corner guards, etc. They even surprised me by cleaning the carpet in my hallway and staircase. They were prompt, friendly and professional. 10 out of 10 would hire again and will recommend to anyone I know needing any steam cleaning done. Thanks again guys.
