House Cleaning Services Brooklyn Heights is the best cleaning team in the city. This is the best cleaning service I have ever used! They are so friendly and professional, it's hard to believe they aren't part of our family. Cleans my room perfectly. All in all a great experience.

These people are scam artists. I doubt any positive review on here is legit. It has been a nightmare dealing with them -- they arrived two hours late for my deep clean so I had to leave the apt; they took my cash and did not clean! I was in awe. They refused to refund me (and my generous tip), so I tried booking a re-cleaning -- they kept confirming they'd come and cancelled every time right before they were supposed to arrive for 3 WEEKS. They also never replied to any emails. I think they cancelled or just didn't show up without cancelling 5 times altogether. Finally they sent someone who did a decent job because I was watching her. I thought this nightmare was over when they then CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD on file for an additional deep clean a month later out of the blue! So now I am trying to block this merchant from charging my card because they're just trying to get money from me without me noticing, even though I paid in cash (with a nice tip). DO NOT USE THEM. I will update if they ever refund the additional charge they're trying to pull through.

Great experience with Green Choice Carpet in Brooklyn. I had a few tough stains and overall wear on my carpets, and they managed to bring everything back to life. The technician showed up on time, was professional, and took the time to explain the process before starting. You can tell they care about doing the job right, not just rushing through it.
What I appreciated most was the attention to detail—especially on high-traffic areas that I thought were beyond saving. The carpets dried fairly quickly and looked noticeably cleaner and fresher afterward.

This company is terrible, after giving me a quote they showed up and demanded and additional $65 for one room that they claim wasn't on the original quote. When I told them I would prefer to not pay over $50 an hour to get my house cleaned they said they would clean for the original quote. After less than 4 hours they had "finished" and were payed $201.00 for the job. My dirty sheets were left in piles on the floor, the refrigerator was left dirty on the bottom shelf, even though I paid extra to have it cleaned, as was the oven which I also paid extra to have cleaned, the counters in the kitchen and the coffee table were not even wiped clean, the cleaners wore their street shoes in the house, even after I asked them to take them off, they didn't clean the room they claimed wasn't on the quote, not even to take out the garbage or vacuum it. I could go on but if you don't have the time to stay with them this company will send TERRIBLE cleaners to move the dirt around at your house, and if you complain it will take them days and then they will finally respond and offer to send someone back to "finish the job" at their convenience. Ridiculous

No exaggeration, Palante left my home sparkling clean to the point that I want to throw a party just to show off how nice it looks. There are parts of my kitchen that I had always just assumed were permanently stained, and I came home today to find them totally clean! They were absolutely wonderful to work with.

We hired Pa'lante because my mother in law is coming to visit and we've both been so busy it's been impossible (and ineffective) to clean on our own. I'm so relieved to have a spic and span apartment to show off.

I availed of their carpet cleaning and had them work on my antique rug that was really dirty and hadn’t been cleaned in years. I won’t look for another company, this one’s the best.
