Severely disappointed and taken advantage of.

I was moving into a house and thought I would hire a respectable cleaning company to complete a cleaning. They arrived at my house realized I wasn't there to supervise because the house was empty (and incredibly easy to clean) and it really just seems like someone hung out in the house, sprayed some clorox and left.

I paid over $500 (yes over $500!!) for a deep clean (including interior windows, inside kitchen cabinets, inside fridge and drawers) and everything is still filled with crumbs and sticky from the previous tenant. I sent photos of the issue spots and the company wrote back to me calling me a liar and saying I was trying to take advantage of them by sending fake photos. I followed up with even more photos proving the initial photos were real. They even told me one of their executives signed off on the job at my house. Frankly, it was sub par and I would never recommend this service. Their standards are very low; be careful when booking and if you do, watch them like a hawk.

I used Done. for a deep cleaning in my Manhattan apartment, and they really impressed me. I’d been putting off a proper clean for way too long, and my place was starting to feel a little chaotic. Booking was straightforward, and I liked that the pricing was clear upfrontit made the whole thing feel low stress.

The cleaners were on time and worked quickly but didn’t cut corners. They left everything feeling fresh and clean without it smelling like harsh chemicals. It was such a relief to come home to a place that felt so put together.

If you’re in Manhattan and need a good cleaning service, they’re worth checking out. I’ll definitely be booking them again the next time my apartment needs a reset.

The cleaner was pleasant to work with but the whole thing felt rushed. I paid $300 for a move-in cleaning into a new unfurnished apartment and for that price I expected more attention to detail. Things were missed like only the top of the kitchen sink was cleaned and there was still dust in closet corners, some cabinets, etc. Outlets were supposed to be included but weren't. Other things were cleaned well like the windows and she did go the extra mile to clean the broiler like I asked. I let the company know and they gave me a partial refund. I love the live chat on the site - they responded quickly and at all hours.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service I received. The quality of work was completely unacceptable and my home was left in poor condition. It honestly looked as if someone came in, spent maybe 20 minutes cleaning and then left without completing any meaningful work. The floor did not even look vacuumed and my bedside tables were not wiped down. Nothing on the couch was touched. I paid $150 for a standard plus cleaning. To make matters worse, I’ve reached out multiple times via email, phone, and text, and have yet to receive any response. Avoid.

Edit: I have been going back and forth with them via text and they still refuse to give me a full refund. They keep using the fact that I have bed bug traps as an excuse. If you’re a responsible New Yorker and have preventative bed bug traps, they will use that as an excuse to leave your apartment disgusting and take your money. Please avoid this company.

When I contacted the carpet cleaning company to have my couch cleaned, they were able to send someone out the next day. They completed the assignment efficiently, professionally, and on time. I'd definitely contact them again.

My aunt needed a deep cleaning in her two family home, they came evaluated, gave an estimate and began work immediately. They were courteous, and respectful to her and her belongings. The job was done carefully without rush, details were payed attention to from corners to furniture edges. Lol they even mounted two of her TVs FREE OF CHARGE!!
