Both my son and I have used this service for the last 3 years with much satisfaction. Punctual and thorough, dealing with varied cleaning jobs. My sons bachelor apartment done top to bottom in every room and surface. It looked like a model apartment.
My house with 8 rooms and 2 bathrooms did in one day what I can’t get done in a month. A true marvel. Always happy beyond my expectations.
I won’t call anyone else.

I used their service for moving cleaning.
I wish I could give them more stars as I feel they are newbies, but their service from the beginning was not straightforward.
I did not receive any email or detailed message about the service I am receiving. I had to ask the info like how many people for how many hours will be at the house, the night before receiving the service. This should have been a red flag for me.
Two cleaners came but they were not teammates. They even didn't know each other. They were assigned by the manager to clean different floors.
One of the cleaner was pretty good. She did her job and left. The other one was nice person but definitely not professional cleaner and not familiar with deep cleaning (or even basic cleaning?!). She was slow and not familiar with simple tasks like how to clean the refrigerators and it's compartment. A service that was booked for 4 hours took 7 hours and my husband ended up cleaning the appliances, doors, walls, and places they left behind.

All being said, I would not recommend them if you want to have sparkling clean professional results. But should be good for mediocre job.

Ps. And one strange rule they provide the cleaning supplies except paper towel. And when I asked how many rolls I need to bring, she said "one"! This should have been another red flag. The cleaning lady who gives service to our one bedroom apartment uses a whole roll. How in the world they were able to clean three bedroom house with one roll of paper towel? Fortunately, we had more than one roll and of course they were used.

Ps. The blinds, the plugs and doors where places I specifically named it to be cleaned. And all the drawers where dirty. Every single one! And I paid extra for "deep cleaning"!
And anywhere that was cleaned seems to be cleaned with a dirty rag!

During this pandemic I was very skeptical of letting anyone in my house to clean. I was very thankful that they sent Angelica who came in with PPE and did a very good job. Angelica was on time, pleasant and asked the right questions. I'll definitely be using this service again

Because of the pandemic, we went months without a home cleaning. We finally felt comfortable going back to Done, partly because of their policies to take anti-Covid precautions, and partly because they are just really good. Our apartment feels soooo much better now that it is clean.

I got really busy at work (and with life) and lost control of my kitchen. The idea of washing all the dishes and cleaning everything became overwhelming. I looked at a few cleaning companies, but it looked like everyone was going to charge me extra for a lot of dishes, and there was no way I could say 'just do the kitchen' or 'just do the dishes'. I would have been charged for a whole apartment. Thankfully I found Done! They let me make a custom request for just the kitchen. I requested a cleaner Monday evening and by Wednesday afternoon Cary was at my door. Two hours later he left and I can finally use my kitchen again!

I am very impressed with DONE cleaning service. My place has not been cleaned for 2 months. It was disgusting and dusty. I booked cleaner , it was super easy to do it. The lady was right on time and very nice. She was able to get everything cleaned in two hours. When I walked in, it was better than I expected. The smell was fresh, all items lay neatly. I am very pleased and will definitely work with this company again. Thank you for making this such an easy and great experience!
