The gentleman sent me a text when he was 30 mins out then again when at my door he brought a towel to clean the wheels on his machine before bringing it inside the house because it was raining/snowing he placed shoe covers and was very friendly i had a tough stain on my son's mattress which I knew wouldn't come out 100% but they got it 80% out the important thing is they cleaned & sanitized it and it is safe to sleep on he cleaned up after himself and left no mess for me to clean up my sister recommended this company after they cleaned her sofas and I recommend them to you out there Thanks guys
