Truly, the best couch Cleaning I’ve ever had, and rug cleaning. I’ve already used them twice this year. I have two dogs and siblings that sometimes come over. Cleaning is much needed on your couches and rugs! I will be using them once more before the year ends.
I am very much a neat freak and OCD when cleaning and this company and their upholstery cleaning expertise is the cherry on top!!

Very nice people, easy to work with, and made it all the way to NJ. Usually I clean my rug myself with the rental machines but the difference between my poor job and their it’s night and day. Today my rug looks like when I bought it 4 years ago. Super clean and shiny. Will definitely use them again.

I had an amazing experience with Couchsteamer. The guy was on time, in fact came in earlier which I liked. He was very professional, and made sure to walk me through everything he was doing & using. My couch smells fresh without any harsh chemical smells & looks like I just bought a whole new couch. I highly recommend them to anyone in NYC looking for the best couch cleaners!

Denis did a great job! I had bad water stains and he left the couch like new. Definitely worth the investment for a truly clean sofa.

This is my second time using their services and they always do an amazing job! Before I found them, I was honestly considering buying a new couch, but after they cleaned it, it looked brand new!! Seriously! I was so impressed that I used them again—this time for both my couch (again because it’s white!) and area rug—and once again everything came out spotless. Not only is their work top-notch, but they’re also super responsive, friendly, easy to reach, and very affordable. Highly, highly recommend!

Unprofessional. This company does not have a COl to come into your building and instead, they will ask you to come outside and get the small cleaning machine and bring it upstairs yourself to bypass your doormen. Stains were spread all over my $800 wool rug and HUGE stains were left all over my couch. When I complained, they said they would come back but I would have to sneak them into my building again. I asked them to file an insurance claim to replace my damaged items and they said no. They also did not offer compensation for $6000 damaged furniture. Instead, offered me to send back the refund they provided so they could sneak into my building again and clean them. The machine they use is no bigger than a Bissell at home one, save your money and hire stanley steamers instead.

UPDATE: They have blocked me on instagram. My coach is 70% wool and 30% viscose. It is a $5,000 rug. The couchsteamer employee never checked the tag on the rug, which viscose should never be cleaned with any type of steam, and I am taking this company to small claims court for the damages and negligence. Our court date is in June, I will update this thread accordingly.

I just had my sofa and chair steam cleaned and it was amazing. Denis did such a great job! The sofa looked brand new when he was done. There was so much dirt that came out of it. And Denis was the nicest guy! Very affordable as well. So glad I finally got this done. Do it! U won’t regret it!

Couch cleaners were absolutely Amazing, super reliable, communicative, and efficient. They were extremely affordable which is usually the difficulty when finding upholstery cleaners. I was unexpectedly out of the country at the time of my appt. cleaning and that did not stop them. They worked with my father before and during the appt. all while informing and sharing pictures with me every step of the way. I cannot emphasize how much that eased my stress. Great service! My child spilled juice the night before, so this was urgent and honestly long overdue. I was able to book an appointment for the very next day. Yury arrived on time, was professional, and got the job done in less than an hour. He removed years of stains and my couch looks amazing. Highly recommend!

WOW. I had my boucle sofa and rugs serviced for a fresh spring cleaning. Yuri was so nice and did a great job. He was able to get some stubborn stains removed. Also, they only charged me 280 to clean a large sofa and 2 area rugs with a discount if I posted them on IG. I can't wait to use their services again!

Couchsteamer did an amazing job cleaning my couch and my bed. I don't normally leave a feed back but I had to do so this time. I'm a very picky person. So whenever some does any kind of work for me I normally would go back over it. This time around there wasn't any need for that. My couch and bed frame looks brand new. The price was very reasonable. This is the first time i ever got a couch cleaning in over three years and Couch Steamer did not disappoint ! They were very detailed, clean and also cleaned my ottoman. The best part was the booties on the feet, a great way to keep the customers floor clean from outside dirt. They are based out of Brooklyn NY so don’t hesitate to give them a try! Saw their ad on Instagram and impulsively clicked through. Got a quote immediately & Then I quickly checked their prices for my two 25 year old 3-seater sofas against other companies. Couchsteamer prices were very competitive but not so low as to be sus. They offered 5 diff times and days and I picked a Sunday at 11:00AM. Only later did I realize it was Easter. Holiday? No problem! Denis came promptly and spent a long time with each couch. He had all the protective equipment so only the couches being worked on got wet. Both couches were brought back to original glory. A++ service. Would use again. Bonus: NO Toxic cleaner smells. We are sensitive to scents and whatever they are using is odorless.
