I called Always Green Carpet Cleaner for a rug cleaning in my apartment. I have a thin 5'x7' rug with minimal shag that's a mix of white and gray. It was used for 1.5-2 years and had the usual wear and tear stains. I opted for a deep clean, which cost $120/$130. The entire process took 20-30 minutes, and the rug dried up overnight. It got rid of the majority of the stains, but not all of them.

I think the end of my rug got unraveled by their machine, but I did not mind it because it can be hidden by my couch. I asked the workers (there were 2 of them) if they could get rid of the dog hair on it. They said the job would not cover the back of the rug, but the hair would definitely be removed from it. This was definitely wrong. I don't think any of the hair was removed. Otherwise I am happy with the job they did.

Amazing service! Effective. They have done a great job cleaning my mattress and 2 couches. They were very polite and got to work right aways. Definitely recommend them!

Mixed bag here. The guys who came were great and professional. However, I felt a little bamboozled after. The initial price was $94. However, after reviewing stain, it was recommended that I upgrade to the $225 package. To be fair, the gentleman did tell me that while he couldn’t promise full stain removal that, it would look a lot better. The stain is exactly the same. No better. Not even slightly. I feel that as professionals, they should have a better idea of which stains they have a chance at and which they do not. I told him exactly what it was. Definitely taken for a ride a bit.

They did a great job cleaning my mother's antique Persian rug. It had survived several pets and a fire which left it very dirty and smelly. Giovanni was very professional and courteous. He brought it back to me in excellent condition.

The cleaning was clean and fast, the technician Giovanni was very nice and helpful, it was a good service! The shampoo deep clean was great and makes my carpet smells good. I will definitely go back to them if I need a carpet clean in the future!

I love this place!! They shampooed and deodorized my high pile white shag rug that was stained with urine and feces because of my litter training kittens. They did free pickup and delivery and their prices were fair and lower compared to other companies I had come see and quote me for the job. My rug looks extremely beautiful and I highly recommend and will use them for yearly steam cleaning!!

Giovanni was the technician that came and cleaned my sofa. He came on time and explained my options for cleaning and made recommendations based on my sofa. He did a really nice job and worked very quickly. I highly recommend their services!

I can not say enough about this company. I had a rug cleaned and a sofa and both came out stellar! Walter and Gerald were wonderful! They were on time, courteous and friendly. They wore masks and shoe covers, which I really appreciated. My den is spotless now. I feel like I have a new sofa and rug! Do not hesitate to call this company. I will definitely call them again!

Walter was extremely nice and professional when it came to cleaning our vintage sectional. He was right on time, super knowledgeable about what needed to be done, trustworthy, and finished in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend!

Giovanni is great and very precise. I went back and forth with him and Anna a few times because I had concerns about the products and about their safety on my couch fabric. They were very helpful with my concerns and accommodated my requests. My couch looks great now :) I would definitely call them back.

Excellent service, affordable, very professional and friendly. They were able to come less than an hour after we called to make an appointment. Giovanni was able to work around all the moving boxes and clean a large sectional with ottoman and a bed frame in under an hour and a half. Highly recommend!

Giovanni and Joel literally performed magic on my couch. I thought it was beyond repair (baby + dog = years of stains that looked dreadful). They were super professional and quick, even showed up early. I still can't believe how amazing the result is. My experience booking was great as well. Highly recommend. Only thing, it was very pricey. More than I expected, but then, cheaper than getting a new couch!
