What can I say other than amazing from the customer service, communication to execution of the job cleaning my dirty basement carpets (3large dogs.) I spoke with Alix who went above and beyond to work around my crazy schedule and showed up exactly on time. Absolutely hands-down one of the most professional, clean and conscientious companies/people I have ever dealt with. Again, I have three large dogs in the home while doing the work and was flawless with them as well. This is why you want to deal with local business owned! Prior to, I have tried franchises in the past which I’m not downgrading, however this service was beyond my expectations. He’s working on all of the other quotes that I gave him and I would welcome them back into my home at any point in time. Thank you!!

I have the two laziest dogs in the world and sometimes going out for them to do their business is to much. So, there are times that they do their business on the carpet. I had my carpet recently cleaned and I was very happy with the results. I used Stanley Steamer in the past and my carpet wasn't nearly as clean. The price and results were an A+. I got Gold Standard Carpet Cleaner on speed dial. Thanks guys.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. Super responsive, great prices and the carpets look brand new! My husband and I are renting our new place and needed to make sure the carpets were thoroughly cleaned since there was a dog living there prior who smelt up the rugs. The smell in there is wonderful now, the rugs look amazing and I would use this company and recommend them a million times over- thank you sooo much!
