This company is a complete joke. I have never had a worse communication experience with a company that I’m paying for services. Their handyman was a complete no show and the office staff was completely useless and unable to provide any information on when a new technician would arrive. I was told I’d receive calls back and didn’t receive a single one. Hours later someone called who would show up and charge 50% more and the office wouldn’t answer any of my calls when I tried calling them back. Awful service.

he quality has been excellent. They have follow the original list that we put together and I never had them change anything or ask them to redo anything. The specialist they sent over for a quick bathroom refinishing job did good work, but the quote I was given over the phone didn’t include “materials” (an additional $75 billed for $7 of caulk... or maybe it was tuition for a lesson learned about making sure to ask the right questions). Figured arguing or haggling wasn’t worth the trouble, so I just paid the additional amount and promised myself I’d DIY it next time.

Lost of words on how professional these guys were. Came well prepared and punctual. Mounted my TV with ease and left no scratches or mess. I couldn’t be more than happy to recommend them!!!!
