I’ve been using Mill Bergen Pools for many years now and wouldn’t use anyone else. The staff and workers are very nice and helpful. I feel relieved knowing that Mill Bergen Pools are caring for my pool all Summer. If you’re looking for a good company to care for your pool def consider them.

I made an appointment to have my pool opened on a Friday. they was suppose to come between 4-5 pm no showed up i called to see what happened. I was promised that. I would be the first one the following day. Which was a Saturday. At 9 am here it is now 1132 am still no one because they are stuck in far Rockaway. They cancelled my appointment because of review. Because I told the truth. I was always taught to tell the truth.

Came on time in AM. Worked thoroughly and efficiently. Work done!

NEGATIVE STARS!!! Horrible company poor customer service, inexperienced crew, and management. It took them 3 visits to open my pool and they still didn't do it right. On the 2nd visit, they even forgot the filter cap that Alexa and I spoke in detail about.... I sent her pictures, but she forgot!

They refused to place the steps in the pool, and only partially vacuumed the pool prior to turning on pump. After they turned on the pump the pool was dirtier then before they got there. They refused to finish the job, but are demanding full payment.

They outsourced the heater repair, and the company can't fix it so Mill Bergen wants to sell me a heater marked up 25% over manufacturer retail, as well as overcharge for plumbing work. Other bids coming in for 1k less!

It all feels likes a scam! Take your business elsewhere...save the aggravation.

This review is long over due, I met Bob and his project manager Tom over a year ago when I hired him to design my back yard and build a pool for my new home. Bob is great, he is really easy to work with compared to some other trades I have had to deal with over the last year .It has been a pleasure working with him and his team, they are all very professional, courteous, and very responsive to your requests and needs. We are very happy with the work he has done for us and the pool came out nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend him for all your pool and hardscape needs, you wont be disappointed. Thank you!

Overcharges for repairs, they will send repair people that waste time , over promise and under deliver. I reached out many times and even after someone was sent to fix original leak I was told there is no leak. After sending video proof I was ignored so I had to pay a repair man to fix the leak. If possible find another place.

We have been using mill Bergen pool for a few years now, the team that come and service our pool are always kind, considerate and thorough. We are very grateful for all they do to help us maintain our pool. A lovely and hardworking team, highly recommend.

Amazing customer service! Everyone there is very helpful and patient, they were happy to answer all and any questions I had. The service department does an amazing job every week! Alexa is an absolute sweetheart.

Bob, Alexa and Tom are all my lifesavers. They have stuck with our really difficult repair and service requirements for our commercial plunge pool for over a year now. They truly want to help you and will answer my questions and concerns at any time of the day. Great service. They fixed my pants in two days.

I gave them a pair of my new UGGS to clean off some water marks. I came back to pick them up and there was still obvious water marks and on top of that there was a rip at the front part of the UGGS which was never even there.DO NOT come to this place to get your uggs cleaned.
