The upholstery cleaning service was excellent! I had a wonderful experience with Nikki and the team. Their service was not only efficient, but also highly professional and knowledgeable. They demonstrated flexibility with scheduling, going above and beyond by having Nikki assess the issue on his day off before proceeding with the cleaning. I am thoroughly satisfied with their work, and the pricing was great too! I wholeheartedly recommend this company and will certainly return for future services. Very professional and quick cleaning service. Was in and out in no time. I had a second hand very old sofa and they were able to get most of the stains out. They are a little pricey but i guess you get what you pay for so I would recommend them if you want results!

Nicky came to our home right on time. As soon as he arrived he reviewed the rug area and couch in question and discussed pricing. He was courteous, clean and very organized. We will definitely use Local Green Clean again. Our carpet and couch look amazing and highly recommend this service to others.

Very disappointed with the carpet “steam cleaning” service. What was advertised as a steam clean ended up being a quick vacuum, with no visible difference afterward. There was still dust in the carpet, and the technician did not perform the standard hot water extraction process that defines a basic steam clean.

When I raised my concerns, I was told stain removal wasn’t guaranteed—which I understand—but my issue was that there was no actual cleaning done. I paid for a steam cleaning service and received a basic vacuum at best.

Would not recommend based on this experience. Poor value for money and lack of accountability.

Nicky was great. He came to deep clean my couch the day after I inquired about an appointment. He worked with my building to get the necessary paperwork and was very professional. He kept in touch with me about his timing and the coach looks great! Highly recommend!

I got my sofa cleaned with them they were efficient and thorough with their cleaning and it looked brand new. Definitely will be using them again.

Nicky did a fabulous job cleaning my 3 wool carpets, which were badly pet stained. He is courteous, highly knowledgeable and will go out of his way to help the customer. I'm very pleased with my clean carpets and will call on him again if needed.

Nicky made my experience so easy. He gave me a time frame of how long it would take and met it perfectly. My rugs look fantastic and he made sure I was happy with the cleaning and the placement of them before he left. Thank you for such great service and for getting my rugs looking beautiful again!!

Nick did a great job for us. We had a urine stain on an area rug from our dog, and he was upfront from the start letting us know there was no guarantee it could be fully removed. He took the rug to clean, brought it back, and the stain was completely gone. I would highly recommend Nick and Local Green Clean.
