We had a rug that had become very dirty over time - it had a lot of trapped dirt. After giving Williamsburg Green Clean a call, they came to pick it up and after a few days delivered a completely clean rug, looking as good as when we bought it!

We asked American Rug & Carpet Inc to clean two wool area rugs that our cat had peed on. Standard enzyme cleansers did not completely remove the aroma, but they did clean and smell fresh. American Rug & Carpet Inc. just cleaned my old Beni Ourain carpets. Both were filthy and one had an old red wine spill on it. They took up the rugs at our place and delivered them three days later. The rugs are now noticeably softer and cleaner. The service is friendly and the quality is exceptional. American Rug & Carpet Inc did an excellent job cleaning my carpet and area rug at a very reasonable cost. The carpets are lined with thick linen.
