Preztine was amazing. We were moving out of a rental and had a built up 4 years of stains, scuffs and dings. Joan and her team came in and brought the apartment back to mint condition. She even got all the kids fingerprint off the walls. I am definitely going to be calling her again.

My daughter called me to tell me news, so excited I thought she won the lottery. She and her family moved into a townhouse and had to have the prior apartment inspection-clean. The Professional Service of Joan Taylor, CEO of Preztine Clean LLC was so over-the-top superb, she asked Joan for more of that amazing tireless perfection to the townhouse she moved into. My daughter was so thrilled with the deep cleaning Joan performed, she insisted I give her a call for my NYC apartment. When I saw the gleam in the townhouse, I agreed.
Joan scrubbed down the walls in my bathroom (I never saw anyone take the initiative to care about every.... I mean EVERY surface being disinfected). She made my old kitchen appliances look brand spanking new... not just the cooktop and sink, but every crevice of my stand mixer, blender, toaster ... all of them. I didn't know the surfaces in my home could bounce so much light.

Look no further! We have had over 100 cleans with Preztine and they are the absolute best. So incredibly dependable! Never missed one date or cleaning. They do a wonderful job with the actual cleaning and communication is top notch. We have done regular cleans, deep cleans and even a backyard clean! Everything is PERFECT! Joan, Maurice and their entire crew are just the best. It helps they’re also lovely humans!

My Turkish rug was very dusty and needed deep cleaning. The team came on time and picked it up carefully. They explained how their Turkish rug cleaning works at their factory. After about 7–8 days, the rug was delivered back, and I could clearly see the improvement. The woven texture looked clean and fresh. It felt like a new rug again.

Excellent experience with their Turkish rug cleaning service. My woven Kilim runner had severe fading from sunlight exposure and years of dirt buildup from hallway traffic. The edges were also beginning to unravel. The company picked the rug up from my apartment and explained that Flatweaves require special cleaning because dirt settles deeply into the woven foundation. During the cleaning process they also repaired the damaged edges and stabilized weak areas near the corners. When the rug returned, the difference was honestly dramatic. The original reds and blues were much brighter again and the rug felt cleaner and more durable overall. I would absolutely trust them again with antique woven rugs.

Their price is fair and always simple to get a hold of. Brooklyn Carpet Cleaners are the best.
