My dog peed on the carpet so I called and told them the type of stain, the rug size and the material. Got a $200 quote but they said the technicians had to come in to give a final quote. They came and just sent the operator a picture of the rug (which I could have also done) and put her on speaker phone- suddenly the quote is $650. Obviously I refused, but why waste my time on waiting for an appointment and having people over, when I could have sent a picture?
