I never had my rugs cleaned before. Sent all of them to their factory. Got all stains out. He also did furniture and got coffee stains everything out. And he is a fun person

We had our dining room chairs steam cleaned by Empire Steamers. We thought we had to replace them but Leo came for a free on site inspection and was confident he would be able to improve it. It was way above any of our expectations, it looks and smells completely brand new and it’s over 3 years old. Totally Amazed by the results.

First of all super fast to respond. We needed last minute carpet and couch cleaning. They responded within minutes. They came the next day to give us a quote - VERY FAIR on their pricing. Same day they cleaned everything.

Our white armchair was already dirty due to people sitting and throwing their bags on it - it looks like we just bought it thanks to them!

Wool rug was covered and stained with red vomit! This happened late Saturday night. I called Empire Sunday morning totally distressed. They couldn’t have been nicer and although not their normal hours Leo came right over and solved the most disgusting problem you can imagine - I cannot recommend higher!

I recommend this Steam cleaning company to everyone who wants to be treated with respect. Max was professional, eager to help, a good listener and reasonable with his price. I love my freshly steamed and sanitized two floor carpeted staircase. His worker was focused and careful when using the machine after recently painting the walls. I am very impressed with their work and friendliness toward me and my family. Thank God I found Empire Stream Cleaners, they actually pick up a phone…. Keep up the good work!

Max was very professional and punctual. The carpet required deep cleaning and Max was able to thoroughly clean all spaces. Pricing is also reasonable, would book again if needed.
