Empire Steamers came to clean my area carpet and sectional couch. They were on time, friendly, very efficient, respected my home and keept it clean! Everything came out clean and fresh. Very satistified, will call them again if I need more cleaning!

After years of use, my Oriental rug had become dull and dusty, especially in the main sitting area. Decided to try a professional Oriental rug cleaning service, and the whole process was easy. They came to the house, picked it up, and explained that it would be cleaned at their facility using proper machines. About 8 days later, it was returned looking much better. The woven texture was still perfect, and the patterns looked clearer. It honestly feels like the rug has been refreshed without losing its original look.
