This guy rocks. True professional. He installed my AC unit quickly and kindly explained how this type of Midea unit works. He also hooked me up with an AC cover to prevent mold / noise from rain. Will be reaching back out to him for future needs.

Friendly, efficient service! Home Depot left me in the lurch dumping my new air conditioner on the porch only to have their installation company tell me I wasn't in the service area. I needed the a/c quickly moved off of the porch so it wouldn't be stolen. I contacted Mike at 12PM & by 4:30PM my a/c was fully installed! It's a huge 14,000 BTU beast that is 24 inches across. He installed it in a safe manner & I know it won't budge. (Pic with my 13 lb cat who also approves. To understand how big this a/c is, look at how little room there is on either side of this standard window.)

Excellent Range Hood Installation – Truly Impressive Work

I am extremely impressed with the installation of my under-cabinet range hood. At first, I thought this would be an easy DIY job. However, once the installer, Mike, began working, I realized how much skill and quick thinking were required—far more than most people would expect.

When we discovered that the vent opening of my new Hauslane PS18SS was larger than my existing wall duct, Mike handled it like a true professional. He trimmed and reshaped the metal with precision, turning what seemed like an impossible mismatch into a perfect fit. He even modified one side of the metal joint and removed the valve to reduce the size—his workmanship was fast, clean, and incredibly impressive.

In the middle of the installation, I mentioned that I wasn’t sure how difficult it would be to replace the LED light bulbs in the future. Without hesitation, Mike said he would stop by and replace them for free if I ever needed help. This level of customer-oriented service truly made me feel comfortable and well taken care of.

I was also worried that removing the valve might allow animals to enter the duct. Mike immediately eased my concerns with a creative solution. He took the metal oil-filter frame from my old range hood and custom-cut it into a double-layer metal barrier, completing it in just minutes. He placed it securely between the exhaust outlet and the back vent, giving me complete peace of mind.

Thanks to his skill, professionalism, and thoughtful problem-solving, my new black stainless steel PS18SS looks beautiful and works perfectly. The dual-motor system is powerful, efficient, and grease-drip free. I am truly satisfied with every part of the installation.

Overall, this was an excellent experience, and I’m now enjoying cooking with a range hood that performs and looks amazing.

These guys are the best. Arrived next-day to fix a fridge, got right to work, actually moved the dang thing off the wall (two other groups did not) and had the issues cleaned up in under an hour for 1/10 the cost that other groups were proposing before even doing a full assessment. Plus Mike is just a genuinely nice guy across the board. Will certainly be using them again for handyman work

I’m not exaggerating when I say Mike is amazing. If you need anything done around the house, he’s your guy. He came by and installed my ACs, hooked up the dishwasher, and handled a bunch of other things—he even found a small gas leak! He’s super friendly, takes the time to explain what he’s doing, and you can tell he really knows his stuff. Unlike so many people today, he takes pride in his work!And that work is top-notch—basically as good as it gets.

My KitchenAid double wall oven was placed today correctly and evenly. The installers from PC Richards came multiple times and we’re not able to install this properly. Mike has skills and integrity.
