Megerian Rug Cleaners are the absolute best. I’ve used their services twice now, both times for rug cleanings, and most recently a rug repair as well. My rug looks practically brand new! It’s incredible. They offer a number of services, but aren’t pushy at all. Just delightful people and excellent results!

Second time using Megerian Rug Cleaners. I would highly recommend them! The rugs come back always looking brand new, they are very fair about their pricing and are willing to work within your budget, always friendly and professional guys who come and pick up the rugs too.

Megerian did an amazing job on my wool rug!! There was a wine stain and spilled wax on my rug, which is primarily white, and it came back looking like new. They really exceeded my expectations. And they were a pleasure to deal with--so friendly and accommodating.

Sammy is the best dry cleaning service I have used. The staff are very professional and friendly and they have quick turn around times with reasonable prices. I would highly recommend to anyone that needs a dry cleaners/tailor.

The owner of this business openly mocks mental illness and substance abuse in replies. Please report him to the NYC Dept of Human Rights if you encounter the same. Businesses cannot discriminate or provide you lesser services because they perceive you have mental disabilities.

They are stealing designer clothes and won’t admit to it. The owner is likely running a side business with the “lost clothing” as he assured me I would get reimbursed for my pucci shirt and tagliatore 42 silk suit - instead he had his lawyer send me a letter calling me a con artist. I have never had an experience like this with a business and ask that you stay away if you like your clothes coming back to you. The owner knows he’s guilty bc he lawyered up right away after committing to pay me back. Unfortunately I have to now spend time fighting this in court as it will cost $3000 to replace what was stolen. Awful business stay away! The owner mentions he recorded our conversation - i also have recorded the conversation where he commits to reimbursing me for the clothes he lost and i would recommend anyone who uses this business record all of their transactions with them both voice and text.

I've been using Sammy's Dry Cleaners for nearly a year now. I communicate with Sammy via SMS and he's always responsive, polite, and on time for pickup/deliveries. My shirts come back crisp, clean and doesn't have a strong chemical or scent that I've experienced at other shops. I highly recommend their services A+++.

I signed up for their pick up and drop off dry cleaning service having used similar services in the past for over 20 years living in NYC. I cannot believe how bad they are at keeping clothes together. Some massive issues here. 1) They forgot about a mink coat I gave them to fix the lining for for about 3 months which made me call several times to finally hear that they couldn’t fix it. 2) they forgot to give me back the bag for the dry cleaning so I had to use a garbage bag. They never returned my $1000 Italian suit or my favorite $600 pucci silk shirt. They claim it’s not their fault and then blamed my bldg for losing it. Why would staff of my bldg go through my dirty clothes to steal? 3) they forgot to pickup my dry cleaning entirely which messed up what I could bring to my meetings abroad. In all my years of using dry cleaning services I have never seen this level of incompetence and irresponsibility. While Albert is a kind person, he won’t own up to my missing clothing. He will admit that they’ve been messing up a lot due to getting busier and not having well trained staff but can’t admit that this would lead to my clothes going missing. I wanted to support this small business so badly and let things go but the lost pucci shirt was the last straw. I recommend never using this place - they will just lose your favorite clothing and tell you they didn’t. So sad and disappointing bc these are two of my favorite pieces of clothing. So awful pls stay away! They promised to reimburse me but instead had their lawyer send a letter calling me a con artist. Special place in dry cleaner bankruptcy for this dude. Pls stay away.

Newer to the neighborhood and this is now our go to dry cleaner. We also had a few pairs of pants hemmed here and they did a great job. I believe a pair of pants were $9 to clean and $27 to hem.

Never have I had the pleasure of using a service like this in Australia, and I wish I did. Sammy's washed, dried, and folded our clothing. It was affordable, and they were patient with me through the process of handover and pick up.
They got a mystery stain out of a coat, took out a forgotten lip stick from a pocket, and even separated a scarf that I didn't know shouldn't be put in a drier.

Sammy is the absolute best and I highly recommend them and their work. The ability to text a question and photo of the object in question and get a speedy and thoughtful response was so great. It was an unusual job, the mending and dry cleaning of a sentimental blanket. The seamstress did a truly excellent job, mending tears I hadn't even seen when I brought it in, and the cleaning de-aged it by a solid decade. I am so glad I found Sammy and will definitely use them again for routine dry cleaning needs.

Brought in a pair of Vintage Kobe Nike shorts that are priceless to me, they had a small hole in the pocket and since I was a 1st time customer they sewed up the hole FREE of charge. I love to see a young business owner who values customer experience because they will definitely be a place I tell people about and go to with all my tailor or dry cleaning need. The people who work here are very nice and professional. I brought a bunch of items for dry cleaning. When I got home, I realized that one of the items was missing its cloth belt. I called them to let them know, and within two hours, they confirmed that they found the belt. I really appreciate their effort in finding my lost item promptly. They also used text message to update me, which I also appreciated. I will be back to drop off more items for cleaning.

We used Sammy’s more than a few times for our dry cleaning, everything from suits, to dresses to beaded shawls and other more intricate items. They consistently provided great service and exceeded expectations. They would also usually finish items early.

Sammy Dry Cleaners are great! I went in for a last minute tailoring issue and they were able to expedite my pants ahead of a trip for no extra cost.

We take all of our dry cleaning and gentle wash here and they have given us nothing but top quality service. The tailor is a skilled professional! From hems, to suit takes-in or adjustments to patches Harold does it all! Highly recommend Sammy’s!

Last week I called last minute for an alteration that I needed same day, and Alicia who helped me was extremely kind and accommodating. I called in a bit of a hurry, and she assured me that I would be taken care of and that I’d have my alterations done in time. I’d highly recommend Sammy Cleaners and be sure to ask for Alicia.

I come here back to back because one they do a good job with alterations and cleaning 2, amazing service. I couldn’t come for 3 weeks and they communicated with me and was very accommodating, Steve is your guy! It’s far from my house but I come all the way here for a reason!
