My wife and I had purchased a home. Before moving in, we decided to save the money and paint ourselves. The closer the closing date came, the bigger the project seemed for just two people. With only a couple of weeks before closing, we decided to see if we can get it professionally done. We found V & V House Painting, and the project turned out great.

charged $350 and did nothing to help the dryer issue that clearly wasn't resolved as there's no air coming out of the vent after they allegedly 'cleaned' the vent?! GE have confirmed dryer is working perfectly & vents need cleaning and we can feel the draw from the machine 1st stop filter.

Incredible service from B&T Dryer Vent & Air Duct Cleaning Service! I live in Brooklyn, and Aaron went above and beyond. He cleaned our dryer vent and air ducts, repaired the chimney, and found mold we didn’t know we had. The mold removal and remediation service was quick and professional. The attic insulation upgrade made our home more comfortable, and roofing service fixed a small leak. Aaron also performed pest control around the property. B&T is the complete package in Brooklyn. Highly recommended!

I really would have liked to leave a positive review. My experience with B&T Dryer Vent and Air Duct left some things to be wanted.

First, I had an appointment from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, and the technician didn't show up until 1:00 PM. After an inspection, which is standard, the actual quote for services was double the maximum range I was told it might cost. Because the vent in my building had been severely neglected, I accepted the quote.

I was promised an invoice and the photos of the before and after would be shared with me. However, the technician rushed to leave without emailing them to me. I told him I did not yet receive the invoice, he said it was coming, it was on the way.

It's now been three full business days. When I reached out letting them know I did not receive the invoice or photos as promised, instead of sending the onvoice and photos, they snapped at me. I was sent a very blurry screenshot and rudely told that I should check my spam folder. They won't even provide me with the email address they are saying they sent the invoice from, or confirm they sent it to the right email address.

Honestly, what would happen if my granddad simply lost the email and needed help with a new one? Why don't they want to provide a PDF with proof of the amount of money they charged me? What are they hiding?

I'm disappointed by the complete lack of professionalism for services that cost $450. I'm shocked anybody in the home repair industry would deny a customer a request for an invoice. Do not work with then if you need to provide documentation to an insurance company, tenants, a landlord, or an accountant.

The two stars in the review are for the actual work done, which, from what I could tell, was thorough.

I couldn't recommend Suvani Solutions higher. The Manager I spoke with when I first called was extremely nice and was very flexible in getting to my home as soon as possible.
Their prices are more than fair and they are unbelievably thorough in their cleaning. They literally cleaned parts of the house I never even thought of; such as certain parts of the refrigerator. I will ABSOLUTELY be using them again and recommending them to my friends and coworkers.

AMAZING!! I got a couch and rug from friends that never cleaned it before and was full of stains, I called few places but they the only one that actually showed up and on time.
