Great experience! We were able to schedule a cleaning for our couch within one week of the request date. The couch had some minor stains on it and now looks good as new. The technician was knowledgeable and efficient and the customer support/sales team was responsive. We will definitely use their services again!

I had an excellent experience with this company and the technician Almaz that came to clean my couch. After shopping around for professional couch cleaning services, I ultimately chose them because they gave the most affordable estimate and were super responsive and professional. All communication (eg, getting a quote and scheduling) was done via text message which was very convenient. The technician arrived on time (they give a 2-hour window) and was very thorough and quick (took about 40 min). He was also very nice and professional. My couch was super clean and smelled great at the end! I highly recommend!

I had a disappointing experience with Mattress & Upholstery Cleaning NYC. This is the second time I have utilized their services. I was informed that their fabric protector is odorless. However, two weeks after cleaning my sofa, it emits a chemical burn odor. This is an unpleasant and persistent smell. I am still awaiting a resolution from the company. If they fail to do so, I will file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and seek the services of a more reliable and trustworthy professional. I strongly advise against using any additional services besides regular washing, remains the most effective method for maintaining the cleanliness of your sofa. Regular wash will of the sofa it will smell fresh and not burnt! Last time I use this company. There are better companies in NYC than this one!

I had my sofa cleaned and the experience was great! The technician who came by was super chill, friendly, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He took his time to ensure everything was spotless and really knew what he was doing. My sofa looks amazing now, and I appreciate how clean and refreshed it is. The service was professional, but it also felt very relaxed and down-to-earth. Would definitely recommend looking for a hassle-free and quality cleaning service.

We commissioned their services to clean a sofa that used to be in a household with cats—and my husband is incredibly allergic.

I explained what we were concerned about, and the technician immediately got to work. They spent time going over the sofa slowly, turning cushions, and moving the piece as needed to ensure nothing was missed. When I was checking it over, I noticed some stray cat hairs—our technician took another 15 minutes to carefully go over the entire piece AGAIN with a lint removal roller.

We were so appreciative of the results and attention to detail. We would definitely recommend them to friends.

Lasha came to my house in a timely manner & cleaned my mattress & couch to perfection. I’m very happy with how everything turned out. When he was nearly done I asked him how much would it be to clean two area rugs in my home. He said he can do it for me right away & I was thrilled. Initially, I had some doubts after they rescheduled my appointment, but Nikolas, the technician, completely won me over. From start to finish, he was top-notch. He called ahead of time to confirm his estimated arrival time of 6:40 pm, and when he arrived, he got straight to work. About 30 minutes later, he invited me to inspect his work before applying the finishing touches - including a complimentary stain protector as a gesture of goodwill for the reschedule. What really impressed me was Nikolas's attention to detail, work ethic, and professionalism. Not only did he provide advise about aftercare, but he even asked for napkins to ensure the area was spotless after the job. His dedication to delivering outstanding results is truly commendable. I'm so glad I gave them a chance, and you’re in good hands with Nika!

Editing 24 hours after service: Once the sofa dried, it appears that some stains still remain. They got a lot of them out, but the couch isn't as perfect as my original review implies. Sadly, the machine left brown markings/lines (see photos) like a vacuum on 2 of the cushions that make the sofa look a bit worse than it did before it was cleaned.

He found that the bird nest was blocking air flow in the dryer exhaust pipe, clothes weren't drying. Takes less than 1/2 the time now.

Dang yall, Kirill isn’t messing around. I’d never had my ducts cleaned before, and let me tell you they needed it! He got in there and polished em up real nice. I feel like my house just got an enema. My air is noticeably fresher. Stoked!!! Five star will def be doing that again next year!
