In contrast, the middle two floors utilize existing ducts to redirect heat to a new heat exchanger in the cellar, connected to an exterior unit in the garden. Lastly, the ground floor rental apartment now has its own dedicated system with both ceiling cassette and wall-mount units.

I'm thoroughly satisfied with the results, and I highly recommend Mr Air. The installation team was exceptionally professional, with Victor, Alex, Victor, and Zach delivering outstanding work. If you're considering financing options, be sure to ask about interest-free terms. We've retained our legacy furnace as a backup for supplemental heat, but our goal is to reduce natural gas consumption. With the rooftop solar system we installed last year (a separate project), I'm hopeful that these changes will help mitigate increased electricity use.
