Technicians Oshane Ricketts and Jose Roque, along with foreman Kevin Bradshaw, did an exceptional job. Their professionalism and politeness were impressive, especially in today's industry. They made the entire process seamless and respectful. I couldn't have asked for a better team.

Scheduled a tech to fix a heating issue, rewire a zone, and install a thermostat. The technician showed up, explained the problem, and fixed it by replacing a zone valve. However, when I asked about the rewiring and thermostat installation, he stated that his skills weren't sufficient for the task.

He packed up to leave, but before doing so, told me to call the office to schedule a follow-up appointment. I called the office to book an appointment for Thursday, which was today. They gave me an early afternoon time slot, and I waited until 3pm. When I called again to confirm, they said a tech wasn't available due to an emergency plumbing job.

I ended up waiting around all day with no update from them, just sitting at home with work and other commitments to attend to. No courtesy call to inform me of the change in plans either. They eventually offered an appointment for Friday instead. It's not easy having to wait around all day for a plumber when you have responsibilities.

Just plain frustrated by the lack of communication and follow-through from Vigilante plumbing today.

Given that they're reliable, competitively priced, and have done great work in the past, this seems like an isolated incident. I plan on continuing to use them for future plumbing needs.
