They promised their expertise would ensure the job was done properly and took as long as needed. However, I got stuck with the bill and eventually paid. Just a couple of days later, the furnace stopped working again, prompting another visit from Mazgan. Initially, they wanted to charge me another $800, but after some negotiation, they came down to $400. The whole experience felt predatory and unsavory.

When I asked them to leave, they continued to push their services on me. I've since disputed the charge with my credit card company and plan to take further action if necessary. It's infuriating that Mazgan still sent me another invoice for their second visit, expecting me to pay again after being thrown out.
